Buitengewoon goed en boven alle verwachting. Uitstekende kwaliteit en uitermate vriendelijke en persoonlijke bediening. De Parel van de Roermondse horeca. Suite was netjes en brandschoon. Omgeving en tuin met loslopende dieren ook fantastisch.

Tijdens een lang weekend in de omgeving van Roermond dit kleinste kasteeltje van Limburg bezocht. Parkeergelegenheid op het eigen terrein volop. Een prachtige aanblik, witte pauwen in de tuin. De begroeting is enthousiast en vriendelijk. Het is er op deze dinsdagavond goed vol. De kaart is prachtig. Keuzestress tussen al deze mooie gerechten. Wij kozen voor de aspergesoep en 4 bereidingen van ganzenlever vooraf. Ook een soep kun je blijkbaar “sterrenwaardig” maken. Zo verfijnd. De ganzenlevers zijn smaakexplosies in de mond. Geweldig! Als hoofdgerechten kozen wij het piepkuiken en de zwezerik. Opnieuw worden er 2 topgerechten geserveerd. Het laatste gecombineerd met sukade. Voor de desserts gekozen voor het dessert met peren en gemarineerde ganzenlever. U raadt het al: heeeerlijk!!! Wat een topavond was dit. Complimenten aan de keuken en bediening. Helaas is een 10 de hoogste score, maar zou er ook een 20 voor kunnen geven. Gauw terugkomen.

Zaterdag opnieuw van heerlijke lunch gerechten genoten in een prachtige ambiance en super vriendelijke attente bedienende medewerkers, Veel variaties en mogelijkheden en ….. eigenlijk kunnen alle wensen ingewilligd worden. Chapeau en graag tot de volgende keer.

Mooie plek om te lunchen/dineren. Echter, lunch niet persé heel bijzonder. Service helaas ook wat minder. Zelf moeten vragen om een volgende ronde of drinken. Voldeed helaas niet helemaal aan de verwachting. Namelijk veel goede verhalen gehoord van Hattem.
