At the parking lot at the foot of the mountain, the boss asked a big brother to pick it up. Luggage is transported up with a transport belt. Have to go up a little. I also ordered stir-fried food at the homestay, which is fried by the boss. The sour simmer is very good. The pot is full of gas. Our room the next morning included 2 breakfasts, we were 3 big and 1 small, the boss was very good, and sent an extra one If you drive up, it is a one-way street, especially steep. If you are not used to driving, it is recommended to arrive at the homestay early. In addition, because I mentioned to the boss that we were very afraid to drive up the mountain, the boss said that she could drive down the mountain. Although I decided to drive down by myself later, the boss asked the staff to drive behind our car intimately and kept sending us down the mountain. The hotel is located in a small village at the heart of the bamboo forest, which offers stunning views on the surrounding mountains and tea fields. The rooms are nicely decorated and pretty well equipped. The personal is very kind and try to be helpful. That being said, our stay was not as good as we had expected because the bedroom and the restaurant were freezing cold. When we first arrived in our room the heating was off so we had to turn it on, which was fine, however 5h later it was still only 17°c in the room and it was already getting dark… We complained and the staff kindly offered to upgrade us to a room which was supposed to be warmer and it was, but only by one or two degrees depending on the hour of the day. The restaurant was only 10°c so we had to eat with jackets and hats on. The floor heating had not been turned on yet unfortunately. So if you consider staying at this hostel during Autumn/Winter make sure to ask if the floor heating is on before booking.

This is the fourth Lostvilla I've visited, and it's actually quite close to the first one (Biyu branch) – so close that I even recognized the Heytea store in Anji County where I placed an order last time. If the Biyu branch represents the original vision, where you could see the founder meticulously documenting every step of his renovation, transforming an old house into a wondrous frame, then the Green Gables branch signifies the transition from an agrarian civilization to an industrial one, entering the steam age. Lostvilla now boasts a mature and replicable business model and values – likely fueled by capital (my guess) – evolving from a personal passion or sentiment into a brand, and thereby rallying a team to consistently pursue a shared goal day in and day out. Thanks for helping me sort out my room (yes, I cleverly arrived early to check in). I also recommend the 'Dragon's Haunt Rafting' which is about a 10-minute drive from the hotel – I'd call it another 'steam age' version of a tourism product, haha.

I asked the B&B in advance if they could order a cake. I recommended a good handmade cake shop that would deliver it to your door the next day. We stayed here in early March and booked a starry sky suite. You can really see the stars at night (you have to turn off all the lights). Chatting on the tatami and basking in the sun on the balcony, this is really the best place for a vacation. The lady boss was also very enthusiastic and gave us a lot of nuts from Bestore. Although the snow on the mountain had not completely melted in early March, we saw that the water in the swimming pool had been pumped out and the workers were cleaning the pool. This shows that this hotel attaches great importance to the sanitary environment. The parking lot is relatively large and parking is very convenient.

At night, you're lulled to sleep by the peaceful surroundings with very little light pollution, allowing you to see the stars clearly. It truly feels like a return to childhood days in the countryside. We stayed in a charming cabin this time, which had a large balcony directly overlooking the grand canyon. The room's layout was well-designed, and the bathroom featured a separate wet and dry area, making it clean and tidy. The proprietress was very friendly and always quick to help with any issues we had.

My husband and I chose this hotel for a relaxing getaway, and it was absolutely the right choice. First, the environment: the air in the mountains is so fresh, surrounded by lush greenery, and the only sounds are the wind and birdsong – incredibly pleasant. Our room even had a private hot tub on the balcony. Soaking in it at night while enjoying the mountain views was incredibly romantic and relaxing. Although it gets quite cold in the mountains at night, the underfloor heating in the room was excellent; it was toasty warm as soon as we entered, and walking barefoot was so comfortable – no worries about catching a cold at all. The service was also wonderful. From check-in to check-out, everyone was warm, attentive, and quick to respond to any requests. Exploring the area was convenient too. Cloud Mountain Grassland is just a short drive away, perfect for a full day of fun. There are also local farmhouses nearby where you can buy fresh, affordable local produce. Getting to and from the hotel is smooth, making trips to attractions or finding places to eat completely hassle-free. This stay truly allowed us to relax both body and mind. I've already recommended it to friends and will definitely be back!

I was originally worried that the mountain road would be difficult to walk and there were many forks. Whenever we needed help, they always provided us with tea and snacks when we checked in at the hotel and took pictures, which made us feel the warmth and friendliness in a foreign land.
