At the parking lot at the foot of the mountain, the boss asked a big brother to pick it up. Luggage is transported up with a transport belt. Have to go up a little. I also ordered stir-fried food at the homestay, which is fried by the boss. The sour simmer is very good. The pot is full of gas. Our room the next morning included 2 breakfasts, we were 3 big and 1 small, the boss was very good, and sent an extra one If you drive up, it is a one-way street, especially steep. If you are not used to driving, it is recommended to arrive at the homestay early. In addition, because I mentioned to the boss that we were very afraid to drive up the mountain, the boss said that she could drive down the mountain. Although I decided to drive down by myself later, the boss asked the staff to drive behind our car intimately and kept sending us down the mountain. Very thoughtful, the environment is very beautiful, living in such a place, the body and mind are relaxed

We had the most amazing time at LostVilla. The staff was INCREDIBLE! There were so attentive from before we arrived up until we left. They went out of their way to decorate our villa for my birthday, gave us complementary soup on both nights and overall were fantastic. They also helped with taking care of my dog while we were at the hotsprings and at breakfast. The villa was so comfortable with all the rooms being spacious and having a beautiful view. The meals were great too. I will definitely come back here, everything was perfect. Thank you to all the staff especially Qian Qian.

The Anji Narada Old Villa Mountain Resort & Hot Spring is perfect for unwinding and relaxing. Tucked away amidst tea plantations and bamboo forests, the hotel's landscape gardens are serene and elegant, offering green views from every window, creating an incredible atmosphere. The dedicated butler service is impeccable; they contacted me about my itinerary before arrival, and the buggy service around the resort was prompt and responsive to all my needs. The hot springs, nestled halfway up the mountain, are clean and comfortable. Soaking in them while enjoying the scenic mountain views really helps shed everyday fatigue. With rich amenities and a peaceful, healing environment, it's an excellent choice for a short, relaxing getaway.

I can't recommend Club Med Anji enough! Tucked away amidst thousands of acres of bamboo forest, the environment is serene and the air is fresh. It's perfect for seniors looking to relax, and with a plethora of fun activities, kids will have a blast too. It's truly the top choice for a family vacation with both children and elderly parents. A special shout-out to our thoughtful butler, Lillian, whose service was incredibly warm and attentive. During our stay, I accidentally broke a glass, and I felt terrible about it. To my surprise, she didn't ask us to pay for it at all. Instead, she immediately arranged for staff to clean up the shards and constantly checked in on us, reminding us to be careful. Those small details really touched us. The archery activity was a definite highlight; my son showed off his 'extraordinary' skills and was absolutely thrilled about it. Lillian and the other staff here provide meticulous and attentive service. There are plenty of leisure and entertainment options, catering to both the relaxation of the seniors and the fun of the kids. Our entire family had a wonderful time. We'll definitely choose Club Med Anji again for our next vacation in Anji!

I chose this castle hotel for my trip to Hello Kitty Park with my daughter, and it was the perfect choice. The hotel itself looks like a grand European castle and is incredibly photogenic from afar. There's an exclusive connecting bridge from the hotel's second floor that leads directly to the park entrance, saving us a lot of unnecessary walking. The facial recognition entry system, combined with the two-day unlimited park access package, was incredibly convenient and well worth the price. I have to give a special shout-out to the front desk staff, especially one particular lady. Her service was absolutely amazing and so friendly. She even upgraded our room, and we had a fantastic view of the Ferris wheel from our window – it was absolutely stunning at night! Seeing that we only bought one two-day pass for our child, they generously gave us a complimentary kids' breakfast. It wasn't expensive, but it was such a thoughtful gesture. We also received an exclusive hotel badge as a gift, which my daughter loved so much she wanted to wear it immediately, even before we entered the park. I had read reviews saying that food delivery wasn't an option, but we found out that's not true! There are robots downstairs that deliver food to your room. We ordered twice, and both times a robot delivered our food right to our door. Each robot even had different IP character stickers! You just get a call to your room when they arrive, open the door, and grab your order. There's also a QR code on the table in the room. If you need more water or toiletries, you can simply scan it, and a robot will deliver them, or you can contact the front desk. It felt like having a personal butler, the service was excellent. Some reviews mentioned the rooms feeling a bit dated, but considering the hotel is already ten years old, I think it's very well-maintained. As long as it's clean, tidy, and the service is good, that's all that matters to me. The first and second floors of the hotel are a dedicated activity area, with restaurants, a Hello Kitty themed room for photos, and a gift shop. So, if you don't get enough Hello Kitty photos in the park, you can definitely get them at the hotel. If I ever have the chance to visit again, I would definitely choose this hotel.

At night, you're lulled to sleep by the peaceful surroundings with very little light pollution, allowing you to see the stars clearly. It truly feels like a return to childhood days in the countryside. We stayed in a charming cabin this time, which had a large balcony directly overlooking the grand canyon. The room's layout was well-designed, and the bathroom featured a separate wet and dry area, making it clean and tidy. The proprietress was very friendly and always quick to help with any issues we had.

The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for our child without feeling cramped at all. The breakfast spread was incredibly varied, and our child absolutely loved it. The pool was large and incredibly photogenic – every photo came out picture-perfect. The overall experience was fantastic. If you're looking for a relaxing family getaway with beautiful scenery, this is definitely the place to choose! The shuttle service was a convenient bonus, and the surroundings were superb, giving us the feeling of being in a secluded paradise – truly rejuvenating! What's more, the bedding was incredibly comfortable, and the room had excellent soundproofing, ensuring a wonderfully peaceful sleep.

Whenever we needed help, they always provided us with tea and snacks when we checked in at the hotel and took pictures, which made us feel the warmth and friendliness in a foreign land.
