I was very lucky to choose this hotel. It is a very unique hotel. The interior decoration and breakfast are very attentive. It is not a big hotel, but a homestay run by the family. However, the interior setting of the room is as professional and in place as the hotel. When you push the door and enter the hotel, you will feel the family atmosphere. I like your breakfast, the small elevator and the overall atmosphere. Your hotel is great! I am the guy who drinks three cups of your Italian coffee for breakfast^_^

If I could give you he hotel a 6 star rating I would. It is a lovely small hotels with lovely large rooms near Circus Maximus. However, it is the staff the make this place so remarkable. We had an issue with lost luggage caused by the airline for nearly 30 hours. The three front desk staff worked tirelessly for hours calling the airport trying to help us. At 10:00 at night th night before we left for our cruise Mohammad performed a miracle & managed to get our luggage delivered. The airport at 2:00 today said they had our luggage & would be contacting us to deliver. Somehow Mohammad performed a miracle the night before. You will never find a more lovely hotel with a more wonderful staff

We chose this hotel as it was very close to the FAO Headquarters where my wife had a meeting. We were immediately impressed by the very welcoming reception at the desk. This friendly spirit was universal among the staff. Our room was furnished with very simple attractive furniture. There was plenty of shelving and hanging space. The double bed was very comfortable with large pillows. The bathroom had a good walk-in shower. There was a mini-fridge stocked with a variety of drinks and snacks, but no glasses or bottle opener. The cupboard contained a small safe. The bathroom had a hair dryer but there were no kettle or tea coffee facilities. Only breakfast was available. A very wide variety of items were available. It is a bit out of the main tourist center of Rome but all the hop-on hop-off busses have a stop at the other end of the street. Our final test of a hotel-would we stay there again? Yes definitely.

The hotel is beautiful. The staff were lovely. I would be very happy to stay there again. Of course the rooms were very clean and in perfect condition. The breakfast was very good as well. The location is convenient but also quiet so I was able to get an exceptionally good night’s sleep.

Comfortable room, friendly staff, good breakfast. You can leave your luggage there if you are early to check in. Great location if you want to walk to the Colosseum, palatine, circus Maximus. Not far from Trastevere and testaccio. A bit further to go to the city e.g. pantheon. Definitely will hope to come back.

Recommended for the location (walking distance of key attractions and metro station), very quiet environment (two beautiful gardens next door), and excellent breakfast (rare for mid-level hotels in Italy). Rooms are quite small, but this is expected in Rome, so no gym in the room. One missing item: a kettle.

I don't understand the enthusiasm of many reviews... Small hotel in a nice place in Rome with restaurants and shops in the area. But with many shortcomings. As usual there is no bidet and steps, you make do with the shower of the toilet. Very thin doors so you can hear everything, absolutely everything from outside. But the worst is the breakfast served, late, on an external veranda that was also cold. I had to wait almost 20 minutes for a coffee because the employee, at 7:20, was still setting up. Organize yourself better.

Clean and fairly new, abundant breakfast, friendly staff. It is quite simple to reach the historic centre, even on foot if you want to enjoy the wonders of Rome Caput Mundi during a nice walk! Until next time!

Friendly hotel, very good welcome and service. The staff takes great care of you, the decor is cozy, the rooms clean and comfortable. Breakfast is hearty. The setting is very authentic Italian class. The geographical location is good a few hundred meters from the Colosseum and the Roman forum. A very nice discovery.

We stayed for a couple of nights, small, well-kept and well-managed hotel, excellent location on Circus Maximus, the Colosseum and the metro, helpful staff (commendable Valeria!), clean room and bathroom, furnished without excess and with taste, more substantial welcome kit and "thought" compared to the average, good hygiene products in the bathroom, breakfast on the small veranda with a wide choice and fresh products. Next time in Rome we'll come back here!!!
