Breakfast is OK, it belongs to the foreign hotel's regular breakfast, because the hotel lobby is under renovation, we are free to upgrade their chain hotel about 150 meters away, the room interior with stairs, two floors, double bathroom, large bed on the upper and lower floors, suitable for Family living

Hotel very close to the center and the Barberini metro station. Staff friendly, competent and available to satisfy any request. Good and assorted breakfast.

Breakfast is not suitable for the Chinese, all cold meals, all eggs and sausages are cold. There is no extra charge for bringing children, and there is breakfast (it's really unpalatable, it's full), the booked room has a bathtub, only one of the 2 rooms actually stayed, the other one we lived in was obviously too small and didn't have a bathtub. The room type was not the one you planned. Called the front desk and said no other rooms could be changed. The air-conditioning effect in the room was not good. I called the front desk and said they monitored the room at 25 degrees, but we could only wear a sweater in the room. It was obviously not as warm as my friend's room, and the attitude was really average. The boiled water in Italy is as turbid as malted milk. I bought it from the supermarket and brought it to my own pot. It was flocculent for a while and it was scary. The location of the hotel is good, it is very close to attractions or shopping, but it is not easy to find, in a very narrow alley.

I stayed at Hotel Elite for 4 nights in standard double room. Check in was at Hotel White very near (300m) and staff member showed me the way and carried my luggage to my room. Room was cleaned every day. It wasn’t the smallest and only had a mirror in the toilet. I did have some issues with the key card, but the staff was very helpful and kind and I always got into my room finally. Small fridge in the room. Air conditioning works. Wi-fi worked and since that I was able to contact the staff by Whatsapp when having troubles with the doors. Walls seemed to be very thin so I could hear conversations from other rooms. Did not bother me though. Location is perfect! I enjoyed my stay!

Breakfast is actually acceptable, the location can be called a diamond, go out at 9:30 in the morning, and return to the hotel at about 5:30 in the afternoon. Check in includes ten views of the Vatican. The aunt at the front desk is very enthusiastic. If you are willing to speak Italian, no matter how lame she is, she will talk to you enthusiastically. English is fluent. Uber was unavailable, so she asked for two carriage returns the next day, and was very considerate to accompany her to go out and confirm the address with the driver. The facilities are really old and the single rooms are indeed extremely small, but the flaws are not concealed. I will consider this next time.

I chose this hotel based on many positive reviews from many platforms. And I experienced all of the positive reviews. And for the first time I would recommend hotel to my friends and families/relatives. The two rooms were the best : the view, size and amenities. To my surprise, the minibar provided as complimentary. Breakfast : the best breakfast I ever had after more than 30 years traveling for both leisures/family and business trips in Indonesia, Asia and Europe. On top of the buffet menus, we were offered breakfast that personalised for our needs/tastes. Now, two weeks after we left the hotel, my wife and daughter keep telling me about to comeback again to Rome just because this hotel …. All the staffs were helpful and almost excellent. Keep the good work guys, as this hotel’s experiences were the oasis in many disappointments about Rome. One small note : It was a little bit difficult for me to find this hotel, and taking up two large luggage up to the hotel lobby was a little struggle

What a wonderful little hotel in the madness of Rome. Was welcomed with such warmth from reception and arrived early but was told our room was ready which was a very pleasant surprise enabling us to start exploring the city. The rooms are lovely and big with a large wardrobe and desk, very comfortable bed and a very large bathroom. Breakfast was a great choice with a warm welcome from Adriana who was always genuinely interested on our plans for the day. All of the reception staff very extremely helpful on giving us recommendations for restaurants and bars. This hotel isn’t a boring corporate hotel but a genuine Roman family hotel and treats their guests with such warmth. It’s location is perfect so be able to walk to all of the major sights and has some great restaurants and gelato shops within seconds of the door.

Although not living in the main building, the environment is good. It's complicated to go in and the service is good! Not everyone is very good at English, and there are personal Asians at the front desk! well! It is still very convenient to go shopping and attractions! recommend! Would stay there again!

My sister, brother-in-law, and I stayed at Hotel Manfredi in early November 2022 and we could not ask for more in a hotel. My hotel room was perfect, roomy, and comfortable; after a long day out, it was great to come ”home” (yes, I thought of it as my home in Rome). The breakfast, which we were lucky to enjoy a few mornings was delicious (it's not just a donut and coffee - I mean I am talking a full spread including eggs, tarts, cheeses, bacon, hash browns and more) so filling that we could skip lunch, which saved more money to spend on dinners. The staff was very kind and attentive to our needs. When my brother-in-law suddenly had a health issue, Roberta came to the room to make sure he was ok. He needed a doctor later and the hotel staff helped arranged for one to come to the hotel room! Made a scary time, less scary. This review is long over due. I will be returning to Rome soon, and I know Hotel Manfredi is where I want to stay. And did I mention that it is in a beautiful historic building? The wide elegant stairs are gorgeous and makes you think you are in another time. The hotel location is fantastic on Via Margutta, very near to where parts of a ”Roman Holiday” was filmed. The hotel is less than a 5 minute walk to the Spanish Steps. I also enjoyed the Italian tradition of passeggiata after dinner every evening - I didn't gain one pound even though I was eating upwards of three gelatos a day, and a huge amount of pasta. You feel safe walking around the area because everything is still mostly open after dinner and lots of people are out strolling or eating again. The food in Rome is amazing, but I don't have to tell prospective travelers that!! Come to Rome and stay at the Hotel Manfredi! I will again soon.

We were quite disappointed with our stay here. The room that we got was nothing like the nice modern rooms in the pictures. We were on the top floor in the roof space so it was really tiny and hot. Also the little rickety elevator doesn't go all the way to the top floor so we had to drag our luggage up the stairs. The aircon was okay but not great in 38 degree heat. The bed was comfy enough and the bathroom had a unique design. However, the shower was tiny and had heaps of mould. The bathroom sink clogged after a day so we let the receptionist know, but nothing was ever done about it. There were ants, mosquitos and little annoying flies in the room which was gross. The location was very central which was great, although it was quite loud from street noise. The breakfast had a lot of variety and the wifi in the room was good. Unfortunately the cleanliness/maintenance of the room, the poor aircon and the size of the room really let us down, especially since the pictures looked so nice.
