Also g location. Close to beach. Not at to stroll and enjoy a sundowner and excellent food. Beautifully clean, excellent staff. Breakfast amazing. The room and facilities at the boutique hotel best I have experienced

We booked a room (10) in this hotel for our last night and what a hidden gem this place is ! The staff were so friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating! It’s a couple of roads back from the sea front promenade but walking distance to the main areas of Roses. We found a group of restaurants a few roads away along with a well stocked supermarket. The room was extremely comfortable, the bed was super soft and the walk in shower was finished off to perfection by toiletries by Ritual. We took breakfast in the garden, drinks of choice were served at your table and the chef cooked eggs freshly cooked. I would totally recommend this small boutique hotel.

The hotel does not have a lot of rooms, but the room I stayed was great ! Lot of space, super clean, super nice shower ! I also enjoyed breakfast with a lot of choice. There is a small swimming pool behind the hotel. People at the hotel are very kind too. I recommend!

This hotel is a real find...the location, the staff, the facilities, the cleanliness, the breakfast and the Covid measures being taken are all excellent. There isn't anything they could include or do better. We would have no hesitation to return to this modern but charming hotel with very friendly and helpful staff.

Home, room everything is really perfect for a great stay. The cleanliness of the place is really incredible, the breakfast served by Saida is delicious. If you go to Rosas don't hesitate it's really great.

Short stay as a couple from 14/05 to 16/05 at the 1935 bu terraza boutique hotel. Very welcoming arrival, friendly, smiling, professional staff. Small hotel with 10 rooms, very clean, very functional, very bright. Hearty and delicious breakfast. Room number 10 very clean, very beautiful, bright, well appointed with a superb terrace. Beach at 200m. We will come back with pleasure and recommend it to anyone wishing to stay in Roses. Thanks again to the whole team.

Very pleasant small hotel, sufficiently spacious rooms and quality bedding; small heated pool very pleasant in April. Extra breakfast with fresh fruit juice. As a bonus, the staff is very welcoming and smiling. 10 min walk on the front of me to reach the center, perfect for digesting after a good restaurant! Very good address.
