Having stayed at a number of hotels in Rostov and indeed Russia l found this one to be a great and fresh place to stay. Staff where wonderful and the lady on reception was just fantastic, perfect English and very willing to help me with all the forms and stamps that one has to deal with when staying in Russia. Room very, very clean and l did think l would be kept awake by the main road below my room but it was not that bad. Stayed in a hotel higher up in Rostov and it was a nightmare! Food great but not cheap hence l took to eating out, there are many places all with in walking distance. Breakfast at extra cost again far too much money but very good. Will be staying again defo!!

Of the pluses - location, having hot water, elevator. And it is not a joke. In everything you have to be able to find something good! Other is a big sadness. Stopped in the luxury. Furniture of the 1970s, has not been updated since then. A scary air conditioning system. The mattress on a two-bedroom (but tiny in modern hotels) bed is just pain((((sold, killed to death.... That is, even its function of “stop to stay” on the way to somewhere hotel is unable to perform. I do not advise anyone if you fall asleep , forgotten, for a couple of hours, you will wake up sick. Cosmetics in the bathroom - I can't pick up words. Very very very modest poor)) Parking is beaten, but always available paid places - 300 rubles, what is certainly cheap in Moscow standards. Breakfast is cold, depressing food, bread and dry. A range is like in a bad school dining room remote village. For many years have not encountered such desolation as Don Plaza. Where have 4 stars been taken, which the hotel claims is simply unconscious.

In the Ark everything was thought up to small things - from the hotel architecture to the toilet facilities, convenient stylish parking and a classy elevator. Everything is there, everything is very stylish and unusual. Family room is not small, bed is huge, comfortable, everything was in place and wasn't close (which is just anrial for our family). Because of comfort and unusual design - natural materials (tree) are combined with ultramodern details - the room wanted to return, there to be and there to sleep. Staff is not just polite, they don't care, they really care, but don't interfere. The food at the restaurant at the hotel is very delicious. We liked it so much that we didn't want to leave and extended their stay for a day. And we're already missing the Ark. Thank you!

Были с женой в апреле 2023 года. Забронировали просто по телефону. Отличный отель в самом центре города по ул. Большая садовая, 100. Въезд на парковку с параллельной улицы (Социалистической) и со стоянки второй вход в гостиницу. На стоянке организует движение отличный менеджер. Номер отличный. В номере : тапочки, халаты, вода, чай, кофе, сахар и другие мелочи. В наличии подушки ДВУХ видов и еще можно выбрать другие по желанию. Первая глажка для гостей бесплатная. Огромный выбор в мини баре + вина за доп.плату. Уборка ежедневная. Туалетные принадлежности надо заказывать у администратора. Дают даже беруши и ночные очки для глаз. За дополнительную плату 700 руб. шикарные завтраки по типу «шведский стол». На ресепшене очень вкусные конфеты и яблоки. Попали в дождливую погоду, гостиница предоставляла шикарные зонтики. Персонал очень приветливый, культурный и просто красивый. Если 6 200 в сутки в апреле для вас приемлемая цена, то вам только сюда.

Hotel Benamar I really liked it. 1) Reception and lobby: Workers served fast, smiled, helped instantly when we forgot the key-card in the room. Lobby is very cozy, design is excellent. 2) Room: We took the Standard. The room is beautiful, warm, ventilation/conditioning system worked quietly, lingerie white, in the room there is a TV with cable channels, teapot, tea, coffee, sugar, drinking water, glasses, cups, vent in the bathroom, bed and pillows comfortable. If you want to clap something, there's a tug on the floor. I'm happy. Smoking is prohibited in the room. I don't smoke but how to be smoking? 3) Restaurant: beautiful, clean, stylish. Our breakfast (swedish table) was included in the cost. Breakfast was very liked: 8 meat dishes, 8 garnish, everything hot, plus fruit, biscuits, muffins, milk with corn, sauces, sweets, Greenfield tea in bags, coffee from the coffee machine was drinking the wife, she liked it very much. A little about the staff: I fell a valve, I didn't have time to raise it, as the waiter was next: ”What can I help you?” Discertainly. 4) The spa area also liked: we tried a shower, sauna (+80-90 G. C), swimming pool, jacuzzi, hamm, lying. Everything is very decent, beautiful. The SPA visit was included in the service, there you can rest all day without paying a penny.
