Having stayed at a number of hotels in Rostov and indeed Russia l found this one to be a great and fresh place to stay. Staff where wonderful and the lady on reception was just fantastic, perfect English and very willing to help me with all the forms and stamps that one has to deal with when staying in Russia. Room very, very clean and l did think l would be kept awake by the main road below my room but it was not that bad. Stayed in a hotel higher up in Rostov and it was a nightmare! Food great but not cheap hence l took to eating out, there are many places all with in walking distance. Breakfast at extra cost again far too much money but very good. Will be staying again defo!!

The story is not about the hotel itself: everything in it liked - both room and bed (good mattress for us is very important!), and the author's breakfast, parking. Everyone at the level of the promised stars. Stopped for one night by traveling from Msk to the sea. So, after a three-week trip to return home it turns out that my favorite kurt (not achti which - just ”love”). After long searches in the apartment, on the dacha, careful queries of friends who were given the key to the dacha, I accept the mystery that mysteriously still disappeared. Now, we both are not sure that we took her on the trip. It was a month and a half and suddenly my wife sends me a photo where I sit in a jacket in a bar next to Arka Street .... He says: call the hotel. Call. The tube took Yegor. I describe the problem, the jacket, call the number when they were staying. After five (!) minutes, Yegor calls: ”We found!” As a result, the hotel and personally Yegor sent her to the SDEM. Tomorrow get! A small jacket, and a great joy from the acquisition and feeling of gratitude to Yegor (I don't know the surname). Thank you Arke for the high level of care, and Yegoru is a great personal thank you and wishes of the best in life. Dmitry

The hotel is really very conveniently located, very clean, comfortable, with modern repair. The girls on resepnally responsive, helped on many issues, thank them. The room is clean, there is no outside smell, dust. The bathroom is snow towels, cosmetic items, fan. In general, there is everything you need!
