hotel location is good. next to old harbour with scenic view from hotel room' window. hotel is clean but front desk counter seems to asking to fill too much details in the registration form. Not far from Markthal and the yellow cube house. Very windy in Rotterdam, Overall is rated good.

All good except insufficient shampoo and conditioner. (maybe forgotten to refill) . Nice water/canal view. Strongly recommended this hotel.

Best hotel location arround rotterdam

So happy with the hotel. Location was ideal and had some great views of the surrounding area. Room was spacious as well as comfortable! This was way above my expectation. It seems the hotel has been recently renovated which enhanced the experience too

Perfect location for the city. Beside Maritime museum. Not easy if you are driving a car.

The room without the curtain to cause all the water spill out to the floor after shower.

Very bad attitude of reception desk, and staff all. Small tiny room, have booked for double room been offered twin room like trying to convince me that city view rooms are all twin keep in mind that reservation was prepaid in total. Have checked out 1 day earlier of course no refund, will never stay again at the same place.

Request a room not on the 7th floor.the health ce tre is on 8th,right above your room. People running at hours when you're trying to sleep.
