I was 3 weeks at the crystal hotel, and I still go back to eat there when I can. The rooms are beautiful, equipped with every comfort, and the additional services (laundry, pillows, ...) are quick and efficient. The staff is always ready to provide support, and make you feel at ease, pampered like among good friends. The restaurant always serves great meals, and the menu of the day is always well stocked. Despite the high quality, the costs are low. Alfredo, Matteo, Matteo, Ilaria, Cristina, ... are all very patient and professional. I am absolutely satisfied with my stay, and I am sure that I will return here whenever I can.

Buonasera a tutti i viaggiatori! Oggi sono a recensire questo Hotel a Polesella , un paese carino del Polesine dove di fronte all'hotel c'è pure la possibilità di fare passeggiate in riva la Po ! Essendo su una strada di scorrimento è stato molto facile raggiungerlo , dotato di un ampio parcheggio è stato ancor più facile accedervi e lasciare comodamente l'auto all'interno del suo complesso . L'entrata dell'Hotel si trova a lato del loro Bar con veranda, e quindi non lasciatevi ingannare dal primo colpo d'occhio appena arrivati L'accoglienza è stata molto cordiale , Fabio ci ha aperto la porta dopo che ci siamo annunciati e ci ha fatto accomodare gentilmente per il check in , chiedendoci se il viaggio era andato bene e se avevamo bisogno di qualcosa. Una gentilezza che ormai va sparendo.... Espletate le formalità , Fabio ci ha mostrato la camera e ci ha fornito le nozioni che servivano durante il nostro soggiorno con molta professionalità! La camera 101 era bella, pulita e profumata , molto spaziosa con un terrazzo ampio da gustarsi il tramonto alla sera bevendo un buon calice di vino ! Tutto in perfetto ordine , bagno , armadi e letto molto confortevole , buona vivibilità e disimpegno agevole . La colazione viene fatta nel bar contiguo alle camere e ci si accede tramite una porta sulla quale è ben indicato il luogo delle colazioni . Altra sorpresa , quella della gentilezza nelle cameriere che cercano in ogni modo di accontentarvi per le vostre richieste . Un plauso a Sara per la sua creatività nel preparare i caffè macchiati , vi potreste emozionare nel vedere il vostro nome dentro un cuore di cioccolato ! Per inciso , in questo bar chi volesse mangiare alla sera ,preparano pure taglieri con prodotti locali e comunque avrete l'imbarazzo della scelta se volete fare pure l'aperitivo! Ch dire , hanno pure la SPA , ma per il poco tempo che avevamo non abbiamo potuto approfittarne , ma per il resto siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti ! Se dovessimo avere ancora bisogno di un punto d'appoggio quando saremo in zona , sicuramente la nostra scelta ricadrà su questo meraviglioso hotel! Enjoy di nome e di fatto! Hotel Best western palace inn Ferrara The hotel is located 25 minutes walking from the railway station and around 40 minutes walking from the center of the city.  There is a bus station nearby -bus nr. 6 will help you to reach the town, but is an easy pleasant path to follow to the town. Nearby there is a Lidl and Aldi supermarket. Just you exist the hotel there is a steakhouse, quite crowdy in the evening. The staff and the reception is very helpful. You will find a water machine that you can use for free to fill in your bottle. Coffee and tea will wait you in the room. The breakfast is very good. A lot of fruits, good coffee and a lot of sweets. A vegetarian also has options. The rooms are comfortable. If you do not mind the distance to the center then is definitely a good option.  On the way to the town you will find another steak house Wild west on the left- very close and on the right a all you can eat asiatic restaurant. Parking available at the hotel. Free wi Fi. City tax should be paid extra the room fee.

We stayed here for seven days on holiday to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary and my birthday. Check in was simple and quick, but we initially thought the half board price was too inflated. However we quickly realized that they have created an atmosphere for experiencing wonderful foods and wines while enjoying the company of your partner, family, friends or colleagues. Meals became events to treasure. The pools and spa area are clean, comfortable, and relaxing. Our room was small but quiet and temperature-controlled to our preference. The train station is about a 250 meter walk from the lobby. The front desk clerks can assist in securing and coordinating any of several guided tours to wineries or historical landmarks. I will stay here again whenever our travels bring us to the area. It was a fantastic and relaxing experience!

I put on 2 things : very beautiful location and outdoor swimming pools at the height. We're talking about Arrived Saturday afternoon at 16.00 The hotel (we didn't know) is part of a group of 3 hotels with huge parking spaces and is quite good. At the reception 2 girls welcomed us and recited The documents we got up to the room and this structure is really 80s looks at the pictures of the bathroom and bed shirt (frightful) The hotel was very comfortable and the hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. There is just to hope not to want a second coat for example that there is no room, or anything else . Beautiful outdoor swimming pools . Beautiful golf course but the beds in the inner pool terrible, few based on the rough and dirty presence . I would always like to remind you that we are talking about a four stars . NOT all is negative But , breakfast absolutely at the height and gentle staff

Overall OK, the hotel is located in the city, the staff is very professional and polite. One thing is that the sound insulation effect is really bad, the upstairs room can hear a coin on the floor, not to mention the closing sound, the corridor abnormal noise. Still recommended.

A 20 mn de Ferrare, hôtel d’étape pas très cher par rapport à la ville et à quelques lieues de l’autoroute. Petite entrée difficile de nuit si vous arrivez par le coté où il faut couper la file d’en face. Vaste parking. Tout l’hôtel est propre, bien tenue mais style des années 1970 du siècle dernier très italien. Petite chambre, armoire petite (les manteaux touchent par terre). Pas de bruit nocturne. Restaurant cuisine italienne classique. Ne correspond pas à un 4 étoiles, mais vu le prix et pour une nuit on ne va pas faire le difficile
