I stay at this hotel every time I come to Los Angeles. It's very convenient to go anywhere along Route 69, and the restaurants nearby are also delicious. I will continue to stay here next time I go on a business trip and recommend it to my friends.

The location of the apartment is very good. There are Japanese supermarkets, burger shops, Japanese food, Ross target shopping, etc. diagonally across from the community. It is convenient to stay, clean and tidy. There is a shared swimming pool downstairs. I will come again next time if I need it. !

MY husband and I stay here quite often. Always clean, nice clean poo and really great since they have started serving breakfast again which includes waffles and bacon and all the other breakfast basics! We don't have children so always have our 5 lb, very well mannered chihuahua and the staff always ackwledgea her. While the area itself is not the greatest, they Have done a great job in keeping those who are not paying guests away. There are 2 things they need to work on which are the laundry rooms. They installed a new system which you can access via an app, and helps to avoid having to have quarters, but it doesn't work properly and very inconsistent which is the same as their ice machines. Maybe their equipment needs to be upgraded in an effort to keep up and operate with this newer technology. It they can get this ironed out they would get.a perfect 5 stars from me.

We stayed 7 days so we were able to assess over the long term. Check-in was a breeze and each of the front-desk staff was polite and friendly. They were helpful and accommodating no matter the reason for the encounter, including a successful dry cleaning job overnight. The hotel lobby, breakfast room and lobby were homey and clean. The room was more than comfortable and spacious. It was clean and well kept. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioner was upgraded and QUIET—imagine that!!! You are able to control its functions also! Such a concept!!! Laundry facilities, although expensive at $4 per 30 minute wash and $4 per 45 minute dry worked as expected and completely dried clothes in one 45 minute drying session. One suggestion is that the washer needs to have the rubber around the front door sanitized once a week by housekeeping or other such service. This would eliminate the odor in the washer. I used a 99% sanitizer in the washer for each load, which worked adequately. The housekeeping staff was also exemplary. They were accommodating to my every request and went out of their way to make sure adequate supplies were placed into the room without being asked. They were respectful of sleeping hours but seemed to always be nearby whenever I needed something, whether it be extra or clean towels or an unexpected bed change. Thank you Ayres, We will certainly be back during our next visit to California.

Great experience staying at the Pacific Palms Resort! The staff are all friendly and professional from the front desk to the restaurant servers, special kudos to Dante, Hector and Rogelio for their five star customer service, the facilities are clean and organized, my room had great view of the city skyline, the food at the restaurant was delicious 😋 I'm definitely coming back on my next visit to CA!

It was repaired in 2023 and it was very new and there was a standard American breakfast. It was a minute drive from Roland Gang/St. Gabriel but the service was a bit insufficient (short staff/no toothbrush)

Well to start Britney & Carmen deserve a much needed raise. First Britney treated me like I was the owner. Nice, respectful and friendly to me. I reserved a room and I was to check in at 3pm. She asked me as soon as she finds one available she will call and she did 2 hours early. Now Carmen didn't have to do this for me but a friend of mine felt like crap so I bought her some soup. She micro my soup.
