Excemon Ruian Sunshine Hotel

I came back to travel and stayed in a hotel. I chose a 4-star hotel. But I didn't know that the facilities were the lowest. There was not even a shower cap. The room smelled bad. The toilet was dirty. The bath towels were very old and a little yellow. I don't know why it has 4 stars, but the lobby downstairs is still OK. Facilities: lowest. Old Hygiene: bad Environment: very poor

The hotel is in a good location, close to the train station and light rail, which is convenient for travel. The lobby is spacious and bright, the aromatherapy smells good, the elevator is elevator-controlled, and only guests can go up, which is very safe. The guest rooms are fully equipped. The front desk was very enthusiastic when checking in and upgraded the room. Fruits were also given in the room. The bedding was especially comfortable and I had a good night's sleep. The breakfast restaurant is on the first floor, with a rich variety, especially the noodles, which are very authentic and delicious. The tofu pudding is very fresh and should be freshly made. There are many ingredients that you can choose. When checking out, I asked the concierge for 2 bottles of water, who was very attentive and put them in a bag for me. The security guard at the door helped call a taxi because it was raining and sent me to the taxi. I was very satisfied with the stay. I will choose this hotel again next time I have the chance. Recommend it.

The room environment is worrying. There are at least a dozen mosquitoes in the room. I was woken up several times by mosquitoes. I called the front desk and they told me that there was a mosquito coil in the room. It didn't work.
