由於這間給親戚訂的，因為他們已經入住，所以沒有辦法退，但是他們住的這間房間衞生間的環境特別差全是黃漬，門也是壞的環境跟其他的房間一樣，被子發黃空調也是壞的牆也是發黴的，不過沒有拍這間房的照片。為什麼監管部門的不去責令停業整改呢？！已經投訴！七個工作日內等待瑞金市監管部門的答覆！設施不全，圖片與實物完全不符！欺騙消費者，完全不把消費者的訴求放在眼裡，態度傲慢！

洗手間沒換氣扇，沖涼水忽冷忽熱忽，空調剛開始制熱後來不制熱吹冷風。

房間發黴老化，廁所蹲廁沒有水閥，空調不冰，衞生也不乾淨，但是衹有90多，要求就不要太高了
