Good day, expensive travelers and just lovers to read. Had a great pleasure visiting this hotel in early November. This hotel seemed quite modern and convenient. 5 min. to the bus and 2 stops to the metro. 5 stops and you in the modern Europol shop(shop lovers). 8 stops and a magnificent restaurant VERANDA(recognize the prices of BEST) Metro forest with a map of travellers no more than 60 years for a trip. Or 65. I will not tell you exactly didn't follow it. You can pay a card in the bus but only once for a trip. What to see in Peter you choose, and here the wolf cafe is just amazing. Such baking is still searching(finger licks) and very cheap. For example, a cream-cheese chicken 36 r. and a cappuccino 0.4 125 r. WH. In the center of these cafes is full. Well about the hotel. We had 4 local room. Clean, gently. Everything is fresh. There is everything in the room. Tea, refrigerator, electric stove. You can cook yourself, you can order the room you will get. Breakfast for example 550 r. is quite edible(on view) not eating. Down in the hall a big bar beer, coffee, wine and stronger - flowing by the river. There is a film in the evening on a special site. Table tennis(the rockets are better than yours). Change of underwear or towels in the room at any time as you see the maid on the floor. There are But some transparent caps. The only minus that there is no control on the entrance and exit. If you do not build super-expectations - plans - there will be no disappointment. Travel, rest, enjoy changing the environment and new experiences. No tired time of spending you!!

Первый раз столкнулась с такими условиями апарт-отеля! Позиционирование как «бизнес-класс», но «бизнесом» даже не пахнет ! Все хорошие оценки только от людей , которые живут 2-3 ночи максимум. Потому что за 5300 в сутки не входит никакая уборка ,даже хотя бы раз в три дня(помыть пол , сантехнику, сменить полотенца и постельное белье),в чем смысл тогда апарт-отеля? Только в микроволновке в номере и машинке?ребята на ресепшене это вообще отдельный разговор.Вводят в заблуждения с самого начала проживания.на 4й день моего пребывания попросила пригласить горничную, пообещали, но никто не пришел. На другой день обратилась к другому сотруднику, мне сообщили что уборка только от 7 дней проживания. (5300 в сутки! Если что! Наверно бизнес-проживание подразумевает под собой жизнь в грязном номере). Окей . На 7 день проживания никто не пришел, на 8й тоже , на 9й день сообщают , что по графику уборка моего номера запланирована на такой-то день, потому что у них контракт ! ( это еще плюс 3 дня), просто чистое постельное белье принести не могут они. Благо в номере есть машинка, как в любом апарт-отеле и можно стирать полотенца самому. Но постельное я еще в отелях не стирала! Не знаю включат ли уборку номера в стоимость проживания моего , но от уборки я отказываюсь , так как съеду уже с этой шараги. Так же в номере очень не хватает маскитных сеток , наверно к «бизнес-классу» москитный сетки не относятся…Как я поняла , организацией работы с гостями занимается управляющая компания, чья работа оставляет желать лучшего! В Питере полно замечательных апарт-отелей где можно месяцами жить в чистом номере за меньшие деньги.

Well, it turns out that booking for this service is cheaper than booking. The staff is very busy, I don't deny it, but he is working hard. The moment we entered there was no hot water, the boiler was working, and we sat for about 20 minutes to take a bath, and the new water had heated up. This hotel is very old, the rooms are too old and the pillows are terrible. I don't even want to write about the swimming pool and spa area, everything is old and dead, all the tiles are peeling off, the paint on the battery is off, in general, everything is old. There is no parking space, everything is always busy and the internet is weak. The door in the room does not read, it feels like you are not in the room but sleeping in the corridor. Another point is that the hotel’s spa area is rented out to children and coaches. There are only 3 tracks, but when two of them are rented out, it can’t go anywhere. That is, the price of the room includes a spa area, but you only have children when you come. What's in the jacuzzi, what's in the two-lane swimming pool. For you, there is only one pool path, where hotel guests can swim for 5-6 people. Well, you know, it’s really not that relaxing. You go to the jacuzzi, there are many children. In other words, there is no place for hotel guests, which is an excellent hotel concept. These children also have a coach, habal, who is the hamat of hotel guests. That's why I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. If people gather together, the red price per person per day is 500 rubles. For such rudeness and attitude towards guests.
