The cozy room is equipped with everything necessary, the bed is very comfortable, excellent staff service, room cleaning was done daily. Luxurious breakfasts with red caviar, fresh juices, a buffet and plus an additional dish can be ordered. Good location! We were very satisfied!

ROOMS: very spacious and bright. Big and comfortable bathroom with a shower. Everything is very clean and cozy: bathrobes, slippers and small everyday staff like vanity kit are provided for guests. Soundproof is good, but sometimes you can hear some noise (not so loudly). We found some welcoming fruits on the table, which was very nice. There are also rooms with the view on Isaakiy cathedral. LOCATION: excellent location right in the city center, 2min walk to Isaak cathedral. FOOD: good and nutritious breakfast is included: eggs, vegetables, fruits. Cereals, fruits and different drinks are available for breakfast as well. FACILITIES: good and fast wi-fi, terrace with a view, restaurant, gym and spa, business center. There is also ATM machine inside the hotel and you can use one of the hotel’s umbrellas when it rains. STAFF: very polite and helpful.

We lived in the hotel 8-9 June. We arrived very early in the morning, at 6 a.m. and we were settled immediately. Room 730. Windows in the yard. Very quiet, although the hotel is in the very center of the city. Everything is clean. There is a tea set. A strange solution with champoo, gel and balsam. It is better to pour them into the dosage. And a strange solution with the curtain in the bathroom.... The toilet paper is wet. There is a smooth board in the room. Utig and toothbrushes on request. A chic breakfast. Kashi, omlets, very delicious sausages and quiz cabbage. Breads, cheese, becon, champagne, vegetables, fruit. Fruit is very much. There are peaches, and apples and bananas, peanuts and arbuzas. Yogurts, jams, honey. But! Most important! We asked for a late departure and we were allowed to stay in the room until 6:00, for which the huge gratitude to the hotel staff. So we managed to pay, stay the vertile for a day in fact 2 days) after that, also left for the purse until late in the evening. Thank you very much for the welcoming staff of this hotel. The hotel is located on the banks of our favourite Griboyedov canal in a fairly quiet area. Within a walking distance of New Holland. The center is as far away as you would not want to walk on a rainy day. The rooms are spacious and clean. Cleaning, change of towels were every day. Responsive staff. Breakfast was included in the price. There were porridges, meat, fish and fruit. Everyone could choose their breakfast according to their mood. Good day, chose a hotel on good reviews. Going on a 4 night trip with a mood that I will enjoy staying in my favorite city and not think about home. On Booking.com booked the standard number 17kv.m. In the description there are all plugs, including the desktop and the refrigerator. When I entered the room I realized that the dew number was at least 1.5 once. It is so small that there is 10 sq.m. No table and no refrigerator. I went to the respiratory, I say where the table, where the chair, where the declared walker? Says everything should be except the chair, in the standard of chairs no. Go search, didn't find. Here's a joke. A man doesn't know how the room is equipped and that's when the rooms are only 12. I ask all standards so equipped? Says no, only this. So knowingly potential customers are misled. And sell the economic standard at the cost of the standard. The cost of this flawed mini room is the same as other standards with full equipment and normal size. Please give another, the others answer no. Search for the control time was not yes and I didn't want to spoil the nerves even more. In addition there are claims to girls work on the respiratory. Everything is done slowly. The confirmatory documents were done about an hour and then after repeated reminders and standing over the soul. The level of service is simply scaling. I do not know if only I had such attitude, but I would definitely recommend this hotel to no one.

Останавливались в отеле на 4 ночи в феврале 2023 года. Двухместный номер был расположен на втором этаже с окнами во двор. Очень тихо. Номер чистый, просторный, проблем с размещением чемоданов и одежды нет. Постели с удобными матрасами и приятным бельем, туалетная комната с хорошей сантехникой. Тщательная уборка проводилась по мере необходимости по согласованию. Завтрак – шведский стол – качественный и достаточно разнообразный. Персонал вежливый и предупредительный. В отеле нет лифта, но на ресепшене предлагают помощь в подъеме багажа до номера. Рядом с отелем расположены ресторанчик и кафе с хорошей кухней. При следующем приезде в Питер остановимся в этом отеле.

The police are 24 hours patrolling and it is safe to go to the hotel. Good to find. The hotel is not big, the price is reasonable, the breakfast room is very small but the quality is good, just by location, in short, it is good value for money. From the airport by bus to two cars a person 100 rubles, if the taxi (the Yandrx taxi app downloads the order) about 650–700 rubles. Another advantage of this hotel room is that there is a suite that can accommodate a family of three. Very real. Recommended.
