We had an absolutely wonderful experience at the Crowne Plaza Resort! Highly recommend it for anybody going to Saipan. Here are a few highlights! Fostered culture: From the moment we walked in to check in after our red eye flight, we were greeted with smiles and a warm welcome. Throughout our stay, staff throughout the entire hotel were welcoming, helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay special. Having had multiple touch points between staff and ourselves be such a positive and genuine experience needs to be attributed to fostered culture and environment built by the staff. Cleanliness: The entire hotel is kept very clean and tidy. The attention to detail was noticeable from the hotel room to the public spaces. Still, the hotel balanced this will a friendly environment welcoming guests to enjoy all the public spaces. I enjoyed working in the early hours in these public spaces while my family slept in. Pools were clean, beach well kept, chairs were comfortable and accessible. Value for money: It is clear that everything needs to be imported. Literally, everything! Considering all of the amenities available, staff to guest ratio, quality of goods and pristine condition of the hotel-- it was an incredible value for money. Thank you for welcoming our family! We greatly enjoyed our stay and have already recommended it to friends.

I booked 4N5D for my parents who came to visit us in Saipan. The location is fantastic. It's a beachfront hotel located in Garapan where most shops and restaurants are. They could stroll on the beach in the mornings and could go out shopping/dining on foot whenever they felt like doing so. The room was clean, and they especially liked the "openness" of the ground floor (minimum walls & a lot of open space so they could see the beach and feel the breeze).

Hotels are no consideration with the unforeseen circumstances I had, never even thought of giving me consideration to modify my booking since I am unable to travel to the said date due to my unforeseen situation with my family member’s illness. Hotels are only cares about money.

The best and most comfortable hotel in Saipan, very child-friendly, the children's play area is very playful, the hotel swimming pool is very good, the service is also good, the hotel room is big enough, the sea view and sunset are so beautiful

I am satisfied with the price and the view. The facilities in the room are complete and the service attitude is very good. If I have to make a suggestion, it is that the sound insulation of the room is a bit poor. It may be because it is a family room with a door to the next room, so the voice of the conversation is easier to hear clearly. Overall, I am satisfied. The beach of the hotel is beautiful and you can see the sunset. It is beautiful and recommended.

The food quality of the 3 restaurants needs to be improved, and the cleaning of the restaurants and rooms needs to be more professional. It would be much more convenient if there could be a shuttle bus service to go to restaurants and shopping malls in the south.

The hotel is nice, very clean, there are many people, there are many restaurants, there is a Chinese lady at the front desk, who can provide Chinese services. The whole hotel is very suitable for vacation and leisure travel... I will go there next time

It is a relatively good hotel on Saipan. It is good to bring children here. It is also convenient to go to the beach. The project is very complete and can meet the needs of the whole family. It is a good place to take the baby out.

The stay was OK. Highly recommended for family trips. The only pity is that there are too few breakfast varieties. There is almost nothing for children to eat. Personally, I think the breakfast needs to be improved.

The hotel environment is comfortable, the room is clean and tidy, and the sea view is beautiful. There is a lady who can speak Chinese and has a very good service attitude, gentle and generous. There will be a lot of activities in the evening. You can just order some drinks and food and enjoy watching. For me, the experience is good. I will choose Crown first when vacationing in Saipan

The beach in the room is beautiful, and the swimming pool is not crowded, so it feels pretty good. The only downside is that there is a little dripping water on the ceiling of the bathroom in the room.
