The rooms are modern and clean… Also the bed were very comfortable.. The morning breakfast spread was decent , the food quality was great. The major concern is the car parking lot, we need park the vehicle in a mechanical' parking lot. Another issue is that the room structure is made up of particle board or similar one so even a slight noise is clearly audible in the room. Unfortunately we had some noisy neighbours it was quite disturbing in the early morning hours.

The place is suited for staying with family and especially kids. The interior is stimulating for kids. The rooms are spacious with nice layout. Bathrooms are very clean and staff is very polite. We had minor concern for the breakfast as it did not suit to my parent’s North Indian palate. Otherwise stay was comfortable. We stayed only for a night while travelling from Coimbatore to bangalore.

Located on the main road. Good Ambience. Room was painted with great taste – color and stickers. The room was neat and clean. Centrally Air conditioned. Basement parking with a valet parking facility is available. Tasty food is available from the Restaurant. Room Service is also available. Breakfast Buffet spread is good. 1. They keep limited terry for use and my request for additional terry was not considered immediately – only after the second request. 2. Stinky smell from Air-conditioner due to dampness. Needs improvement in service quality The property is good but not worth the money.

City center location… Modern design with colorful art in corridors and in other spaces… Bright… Super clean… Well-appointed… Excellence in everything even the toothbrush and packing. Good food, especially veg idly / vada and malabar ****tta / chicken chettinad. Excellent service… Value for money. Thank you!

1. Room was good 2. Bath room towels were given only after we asked. They bshould have been placed before hand itself 3. Location is close to shopping centre 4. Food was good but Dosa was not available during lunch time

Zibe by grt is fabulous place to conduct meetings , The staffs here are very welcoming. The food served was excellent 👌.The staffs were very supportive and responsive all the time.Easily accessible from salem new bus stand

This hotel is tucked right next to a LARGE DRAIN and stinks as soon as you reach the place. The parking is a mess, fit for a nano car its a night mare. They do not follow any COVID-19 protocols, none of us were checked for temperature or any sanitizer provided on arrival. The receptionist is not able to understand basic language either english or tamil. I was told kids below 18 years are not charged but my kids below 18 were charged as extra. The food, well just breakfast is okay but lunch and dinner is very bad and I also noticed the desert next morning was prepared previous night, this is the quality of this ZIBE hotel by GRT. I have stayed in GRT Thiruthani and it was an excellent one but this was a really bad experience. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE !!!

Nice experience while stay over there, ample parking, nice ambience, kind staff, good buffet breakfast. Hotel is in center of the city and accessible to all places. Overall excellent hospitality and willing to stay again and enjoy Zibe. Thank you Zibe
