Living in a hotel like one. Convenient location. Near the bus station. The room was taken with comfort. The first room got cold and hot water in the morning went badly, but when the claim was submitted, we were moved to another room immediately. Thank you. The big two-room, the vent, the tv, the refrigerator... the only one But it is a shower, I think there is no such shower with a plum on the floor((Breakfasts should have been a Swedish table, but the people are not, we have been given what to choose. Again, the eggs heated, not made on order. Coffee, yes very delicious. The cashu at request was cooked without sugar, thank you . All well.

I want to share my stay at this hotel! There were here on New Year holidays, everything was very enjoyable! There are certainly minus and shortcomings, but you quickly forget about them. Rooms with needles, free sauna and billiards. Breakfast is just something, soups, cashy, honey, cakes, a bunch of hot and snacks, SIDR! It is a pity that at 11 is asked to leave breakfast) out of the shortcomings it is a fairly high load in the restaurant, but we were apparently at the peak. Near GLK, give a discount on the lift and rent, which can't be unhappy.

Nice hotel, spacious enough. Great view of the Volga River and location. I want to point out the noisy operation of the bathroom fan, in principle it will not turn off, so you will have to fall asleep under the noise measured by the fan. We stayed in the hotel for 2 days, and for some reason, the maid didn't change the towels, just got them wet. Restricted access to the refrigerator: the cabinet door opens to one side and the refrigerator door opens to the other side. It turns out that this is a complete task, even though the weight of the refrigerator door only takes a few minutes. In the hot spring bath, there are two pots of water without a lid, which are convenient for visitors to visit. When the administrator sprays the fungicide on the ground and drips a drop of the fungicide, it is very interesting to watch. In general, in my opinion, this hotel does not meet the international standards of the Holiday Inn hotel chain, so it needs to be improved. Although it is considered one of the best in Samara.

Very good hotel. Excellent location - almost everywhere you can get on foot. Besides the hotel is inexpensive. We were able to afford a presidential room. The room is above all praise. Really huge (the only one on the floor). It has only a saucer size with a good standard room. The balcony on my quilts is more than 20 m2 (and maybe all 30). The first couple of days could not remember how to walk from the bedroom to the dining room, then remembered the road. :-) The hotel is very good sauna (2 hours free of charge). Breakfast is certainly not God news, but hungry didn't stay. Now about the shortcomings. First, the Internet. In the dining room, the living room, the hall - the Internet was excellent, but in the bedroom - barely pulled. Second (and this is the main) there are problems with hot water. Water must be flushed for a long time before the warm one goes. First they were in shock, then they were fitted. In the morning you get up and first thing you run to include water in the shower, bath, bid and washing machine. And then you are doing other things until the water is warmed up. And after that you can wash, take a shower, etc.
