The only good thing about this international chain hotel is the location (for what my goal was, a Coldplay concert at the River Stadium), and the breakfast. The rest, and especially thinking about 4 stars and the cost of what a room costs per night, leaves a lot to be desired!!!!!!!!!!!! The attention of the staff in general, no one who helped me is safe, all with very little kindness, cordiality, desire to attend and do their job, do not forget that they are in customer service and even if they do not like how they show it , they have the need to relate **** with them and they do it in a very bad way, with sooooo bad faces, bad answers, almost unpleasant, some did not return my greeting, others eating during work hours, etc, etc. You can't treat customers that way. The facilities in general of the hotel are very neglected, one enters the room and it seems that one enters a 1-star hotel, broken curtains, no black out, broken air conditioning and does not cool, dirty glass, bathroom, with a dead cockroach in the bathtub, broken sink, minibar on the floor, in short, much to be desired !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! On top of that, they are fixing the street in front, a problem getting in and out of the parking lot, almost an impossible task, a thousand maneuvers to do it, and they do not notify any of these issues so that the client knows and chooses whether to reserve the same or not. Back, nothing good, except for the normal breakfast and the location that particularly served me well. The rest, and especially for the cost and the SUPPOSED 4 STARS, to be forgotten!!!!!!!!! I was in other hotels of the Wyndham chain and they do not represent the quality of the chain at all!!!!

The beautiful hotel, the beautiful pool, not heated but beautiful, but it is more to go and stay **** one night alone, because to plan an outing as a couple it is not adequate, either in terms of alcohol to ask for, there was only one chandon, we wanted a baron b and there was none, the room was very quiet, it needed more cleanliness, I like to be barefoot with stockings and they were half dirty like him. Floor was not ten. The breakfast was average, I don't like to criticize but it was the reality, and I think that for the price there are better alternatives, if you have to get away, if you are looking for something better it is not the one.

The location is good if you are looking for the northern area of Gran Bs As. The hotel is completely run down. Breakfast is very poor. The parking lot is a waste repository. It is noticeable that maintenance is very low and it gives the impression that the people who work are not happy to be doing it.

The property is neglected, very rundown, unpainted walls, dirty windows, even the cacti are drying up! The poorly sanitized bathroom and the BLOOD-STAINED SHEETS !!! It works as a hotel accommodation for $6,500, while if you contract by pages you pay more than USD 100 per day. The poor, very poor breakfast, a couple of unpeeled fruits, coffee with milk and some flour. And as if everything were not enough, they are beginning to build a large building, at 7:30 a.m. the unbearable noises began!!!

We were there for a weekend, the service seemed regular, the TV didn't work and no one could fix it. The entire stay without a television, the Internet was very low or not at all. We didn't like the decoration with those *****s armchairs. Passable breakfast. The most unusual thing was that we decided to stay one more day to rest and enjoy the pool and it was closed because it was Monday, a very expensive rate for so much poor service. I do not recommend it. There are many hotels in Buenos Aires with much better service.

We stayed 1 night in 2 rooms. I found the cleaning very good, nothing dirty and the sheets scented. Pillows 1 was low and soft and the other higher and firm, choose the one that is most comfortable for you, The shampoo, conditioner and shower gel in a dispenser. The ph the same brand as a 5 * hotel where we always go and had no availability for the date. In the room everything worked fine, the only con was that there was no minibar because they are changing them and they had not been installed on those floors yet. The mattress with a lot of use but it was not expired, nor did it have holes. They are starting to remodel the rooms and the wallpaper in the corridors. The indoor pool is not very big, I did not see it dirty, a beautiful view of the river but the windows, not being clean, prevented us from appreciating it. The complete gym. The breakfast was very good, rich and varied. The downside is the parking lot of a hotel with so many rooms, since it only has space for no more than 15/16 cars and although there is a garage around the corner, it is closed on Sundays. Each room, reserving with the hotel, cost $25,000 plus VAT, I think it should be done through a hotel reservation application where I saw them cheaper. In front of the hotel they are building a building, we did not have any noise because we went from a Saturday to a Sunday and they did not work. I went, seeing the bad reviews that it had, expecting the worst and the truth is that we had a good time. If they finish modernizing the rooms it will be very nice. The staff we dealt with were very friendly and courteous.

The area of the Hotel in Vicente Lopez is spectacular, 1 block from the river and with places to walk and do fantastic outdoor sports. But the Hotel is semi-abandoned, everything is messy, dirty, unpainted, the garage, which they charge you for, is a garbage dump, nobody controls anything. Breakfast very little in variety. The pool is on the 5th floor, zero cleaning, and the ceilings are made of glass and are all cracked. It is a tremendous danger. The rooms and the bathroom are poorly maintained and with very little maintenance, disastrous mattresses. The only salvageable thing is all the staff who behaved wonderfully.

I had been in the hotel about 6 years ago and although it had its faults it was a nice hotel, this last time it was the worst experience in a hotel. The rooms are very poorly maintained, fungus in the bathtubs, the air conditioning did not work. The breakfast very bad. I highlight the cleanliness and the effort of the guys at the reception, especially the guys at night.
