The breakfast is very good, better than Intercontinental; the room is also very clean, but the toiletries in the bathroom cannot be used effectively - shampoo needs to be optimized; there is no bottled water supply in the room.

This hotel is really in need of an overall. The linen is of poor quality, carpets are filthy, and room smells terrible. The curtains should be lighter. A better coffee machine should be placed in the rooms. Just a really low quality hotel. Staff are very pleasant, though.

The hotel is beautiful. The rooms were great and dining accommodation was very good. We took the city bus tour and the waterfall tour. We were picked up and returned to the hotel which was very convenient. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Ive stayed in countless hotels around the world and sometimes things dont live up to expectations, but always believed customer service and delight can fill the margins and make the difference. The delightful gal at the front desk made my wife and my last night during this visit a truly fine one. Oh, the property. Yeah. Spacious interior, ample and safe parking, easy access to the freeway, dining options, solid rooms, ICE readily available, and proximity to services are as good as it gets in town!

Decent rooms, clean. Breakfast was nothing to special, but ok. My omelet was good.

Although there was one staff member at the front desk that seemed to be sour all the time, thank goodness she was not representative of the other staff. The other staff outside of that lady were exceedingly friendly and helpful. There were two staff members (Ezequiel and Nancy) who were exceptional, as they went out of their way to be of assistance. Ezequiel and Nancy were absolutely amazing! The breakfast buffet was not only of great value, but the food was fantastic as well. I had a very positive experience at the hotel and would definitely stay at there again.
