Nice hotel to stay at!

Everyone was so friendly and accomadating. I am planning to stay there again the October and look forward to staying. The room was clean. I do wish there was more shampoo and conditioner but otherwise I was very happy with my stay.

For many years, I have enjoyed my stays at E.S. This facility did not measure up to the other E.B.'s I've stayed at. The employees were wonderful! The AC did not work well, the tiles in the bathroom had grout that was smeared on the tile, and the water flow from the bathroom sink was super low. I was very surprised, because this is the first time I have ever been disappointed in an E.B. stay. Again, the employees were super amazing, professional, and kind. One more thing, the pillows were not comfortable. Sorry! I think this is the first time I have ever posted anything negative about any business. Trust me, E.B. is normally AMAZING!

The hotel was very clean and the service was more than friendly. The breakfast was good as well, I would definitely stay there again!

This hotel was conveniently located and affordable comparable to others in the area. Rooms were huge! And comfortable. However, the restaurant and bar were not open on Sunday which was our plan for getting food. There was one evening that there was a loud party going on until 3am. We couldn't sleep and the majority of my group had to wake early for an event and race. Was hoping there would be a noise ordinance in this space with so many family and business travelers.

Customer Service was amazing. The front desk lady name Roxanne was super kind and friendly. However, the room we've had was dirty. Toilet has stain all over and it was kind of disgusting. And the lady at the omelet lady at breakfast she wasn't very friendly. But, overall my wife and I had a wonderful time. Special thanks you Roxanne at the Front Dest.

I usually stay here whenever I visit Marin. Last May, I gave a more "upscale" hotel a chance–what a mistake! I vowed to never "try" another hotel in this area, again. Why fix something that isn't broke? Thr Embassy Suites in San Rafael–especially this visit–was simply perfect for my family! Rhonecia, an employee at the front desk, was extremely kind and professional...all of the staff were amazing!

We were able to relax and get ready for a medical procedure that our son had to hav done. The only problem was we couldn’t cool the room down enough to get comfortable for sleep.

We love staying here but our stay was a little bumpy this time around. Rooms are comfy but in desperate need of updating/ maintenance. Lights didn’t work, door handles falling off, etc. We also were greeted with a fire alarm at 8am and had to evacuate. Staff is amazing and the breakfast can’t be beat.

The reception needs some more improvement, they gave water to all the white people but us we didn't. I didn't appreciate that
