This property was a clean, comfortable place to stay. We loved the loft room style. Very nice manager, Matthew, accommodated us well when we needed an outside place for a business call before our room was ready. Everything you need to eat in easily. Short drive to beaches. Rain kept us from using bikes or kayak which were available and provided.
On a commercial stretch of busier 4 lane road but didn't hear noise in the well appointed room. Pics accurate. Priced right for the area, which had few choices.

Liked the location and easy to key west express. Only thing, u might wanna put in an extra mirror. We had three ladies trying to get ready at one time with only 1 mirror

Its close to the bridge and food. Has a good view of the canal . Great for kayaking. Pool is clean and warm. Fresh towels everyday in room.

Very nice, especially for the price. Clean and mostly comfortable. The bed looked like a screw-together from Wal-Mart and the mattress was too soft and seemed lower at the head. But we actually slept very well both nights.
The restaurant next door was convenient and very good.
The only real negative was that the heat never worked in the room. The temperatues were in the low 50s in the evenings so a little heat would have been nice. When i called the only number, the gentleman was a little condescending in offering to bring over a blanket. I declined and used the blanket on the other bed. He offered to have someone check it the next day, but when we returned, nothing had been done or at least there was no evidence of it. I would have appreciated a little more concern and less attitude.
Otherwise, this was a great place to stay.

Good for the price! It’s a little older but they seem to clean up nicely and we all slept well and had a decent breakfast. The outdoor area is perfect.

Was close to the beach, just a short 5 minute drive. The main problem was that they have two properties within a mile from each other with similar names. At 9 pm, a man was banging on our door trying to get into our room. The facility texts the room number and door code the day prior along with the address. He drove to the wrong address and demanded we open the door. Apparently there is a room 5 at both locations. It was scary. The location we were at does not have a worker present 24/7. We found a number in the informational booklet next to the TV to call for assistance. Initially we were told we were in the wrong room. It was a stressful and scary situation.
Other than that, the place was clean, decent Continental breakfast, nice seating outside. I just can't move past the intrusion.

The most important thing when staying somewhere other than your own home is the BED. The bed i had was one of the best ive ever slept in. The rest of the room does not matter

It was missing some simple things to make it better. In the bathroom, the vanity is so small you can't put anything on it. Add a narrow shelf or bench to put things on. The hair dryer is perfect for a 2 year old but is useless for an adult with any hair. The metal bedframes and metal rusted tables and chairs just look/feel cheap for a "resort" and the continental breakfast was dissappointing - the fridge had one orange juice in it and the selection was great if you were 8 years old but not for an adult.
