酒店的地理位置非常便利，周圍有很多商店和餐館可以選擇。而且交通也很方便，附近有地鐵站和公交站。這對遊客來説非常方便，可以更好地探索這座城市，聽長住這裏的人講老闆新裝修升級換了個店名以前是南苑E家，有自己的停車場停車非常方便。

有一個小的停車場，周邊飲食購物方便。房間較小，空調、熱水給力，關掉衞生間換氣扇夜晚會非常安靜。衞生一般，睡一夜手臂和身上竟起了紅疹。
