Easy to find, ladies at the front desk were super sweet especially the one the night we checked in. Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great and the pool was a nice and clean, making for great relaxation. Even the cleaning ladies were sweet when we needed anything. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip!

The hotel is a little tricky to find & the neighborhood looks sketchy, but it was actually very safe & surprisingly quiet! Front desk staff was friendly & helpful. The check-out time is nice & late. We got a free room upgrade without asking and that is very much appreciated even beyond words!!! Our only "complaint" is that the hotel is a little dated with wear & tear, but it is still worth the money & is a great stay! We'll do it again if we are ever in Bernalillo!

Beds and pillows were very comfortable, better than most hotels I have stayed in. . I slept very well the three nights we were there.The staff was super nice and were very professional. We were greeted whenever we entered or exited the building.

Great friendly staff. The property meant all expectations. This was part of a cross-country trip and it was a relaxing evening before the last long day of travel. I would recommend this property to anyone looking in this area. A special thanks to the front desk folks who helped me regarding a gift card and payment.

Little tricky to find behind Days Inn Clean, quiet hotel with friendly and helpful staff In a very commercial area One of the nicer HI Exp that I have stayed at in the past Room was modern and very comfortable with quiet A/C Good hot breakfast Easy access to major roads Very close to a number of popular restaurants Overall a good value and a safe hotel

Room was a little smaller than I expected but … Clean and quiet room, good TV and channel selection Located on a major road a couple miles from the historical district, but no tourist sites nearby Breakfast has good with hot and cold items and well maintained Staff was professional and helpful Grew to appreciate location and convenience by end of stay

Very efficient, friendly and helpful front desk. Paperwork for check in was completed ahead of my arrival, check in was fast. When I needed something on a few occasions, the front desk representative was always available, friendly and had answers.

Nice hotel. Stayed here for 14 days. Very clean, breakfast was good. Customer service was good. Parking lot was very tight. Was a very busy hotel, so sometimes pretty loud. Easy to walk to food, stores. Was a little worried about vehicle security, homeless people had made a “door” in the wooden fence and saw them coming in and out of the back parking lot.

Rosemary at the front desk was excellent!. Texted me to see if I needed anything upon checkin. I texted back and asked for top floor towards the end, which she accomodated me with.Tammy at breakfast kept all items well stocked and clean. The bacon was nice and crisp and never ran out. At other locations, unsupervised children grab all the bacon and end up leaving most of it on their plate to be thrown away. Amelda or Nelda the Housekeeper provided me with more mskeup wipes which I needed!!
