DO NOT COME HERE. I am extremely dissatisfied with this hotel. We booked this hotel a year in advance, and I called several times before going to make sure everything was good and at the time of check-in, they said that they were overbooked and needed to place me elsewhere. when I expressed my dissatisfaction, they proceeded to say well you can either take this option or we can cancel your reservation and find another place to stay. knowing damn well that all the hotels in the area were fully booked. I do not recommend this hotel. This was one of the worst experiences I've had with a hotel.

Was a very nice room, welcoming accommodations from victor. He went above and beyond to help us at our time of need. Victor was extremely helpful and very inviting. I wish there were more people like victor in this world. My family and I will definitely come back if there were more people like him to help you out. You guys have a great guy, please I hope he doesn't leave.

Just NOT NICE
OLD! probably from the 1960's. I have never stayed in a 2 level room before. For God's sake update this hotel! It eouldnt take much to turn ot into a showcase instead of the sad condition it is in today. By the way there is NO free breakfast, no FREE shuttle. It reminds of the old joke FREE LUNCH $5.00.

My only challenge was with the transfer to the pier. There wasn't clear communication on where we would be picked up and which transfer was ours

I agree with the other reviews the hotel needs to be updated. The hotel staff were very helpful. The convenience was the train which was close by also if taking a cruise there was a 6.00 euro shuttle to take to cruise terminal. There were different eateries and shop areas.

Fantastic place and experience…excellent decor and superior staff… worth the $$ to treat myself! I probably wouldn’t have wanted to leave if I had a full view of the beach but I did have a partial view of the beach from my room. This is a keeper!

Great Location ….. Close to the Port ….. Plenty of stores & Restaurants around hotel …… Staff friendly & helpful……Rooms comfortable with ample room …… Hotel offered a Breakfast Service; However it was Terrible !!! Eggs , Bacon, Sausage were all cold . Milk for coffee & yogurt were all warm . Very limited selection. Would definitely do yourself a favor & avoid …… Overall would stay there again.
