This hotel is totally overpriced and too far from city center. It was clean but there was on overbearing smell of some vanilla or other thing that is a total headache booster. Also the doors are heavy and you wake up when people are leaving their rooms because the doors slam with a great noise.

The room was nice and clean and the hotel recently renovated. The parking was a bit strange off site but there were no issues with it in the end so I can’t complain. It is a unique style “hotel.

My second stay at Hotel Conchieros. It is clean and safe, and a pretty good location: 15 minute walk to the cathedral with lots of cafes, restaurants and shops along the way. I would stay again next time in Santiago.

There was no reception and check in. There was a note to call someone on the door of the hotel. I managed to call and she passed the door password to enter. There was no overnight assistance at the hotel. Only in the morning. Everything was resolved by WhatsApp

No proximity to the bus station (it has been being demolished for 1 year
No airport shuttle
No pressure for the shower which also closes badly
