I liked that this was in Akrotori and away from the massive crowds like Fira/Thera. All of the local grocery stores are in walkable distance. The hotel is family owned and the owners are very friendly. Awesome place for my honeymoon.

Rose at the front desk was very nice, but the property was seriously overpriced for the quality - very run down and not particularly clean or comfortable. Rooms look quite sad and disappointing. That said, they were kind and helpful when our flights were delayed. Perhaps the high prices and low quality are a result of the island (santorini) as we had a MUCH cheaper but MUCH nicer place to stay on Naxos

Akrotiri is a nice calm village close to famous Red beach, just 20 mins drive or bus from Thira. You can find some good restaurants there

A welcoming and clean family hotel. We had made a mistake in the reservation date but the boss was very accommodating. His mother is adorable and I warmly recommend Faros Products, the little stopover run by his sister on the road to the lighthouse, with wines and quality local products, authentic and at very affordable prices. Very good addresses!

The room is simple and very well maintained, you will not find luxury there, however the place is a haven of peace. If we were to return to Santorini, Pension Carlos is where we would go! Our host Eva is adorable, thank you for her kindness and welcome, taking us to pick tomatoes with the children will remain an excellent memory. Thank you for this wonderful stay!
