Overall, my stay here was very pleasant. I had a peaceful and relaxing holiday in May. When I first arrived, the room I was given was different from the one I saw on Trip.com. I mentioned this, and they quickly changed it to another room, which I really appreciated. The staff were friendly and helpful.

It has got one of the best views of Santorini. The staff was really nice especially Rava and the food was good too

We stayed at Gizis Exclusive and our experience was simply magical! From the first moment we were greeted with kindness and professionalism and, to our great joy, they upgraded our room, giving us accommodation in a larger and more comfortable exclusive room with all the amenities. The view from the front balcony was indescribable – right in front of us stretched the caldera, the endless blue of the sea and every evening we enjoyed one of the most impressive sunsets of our lives. It was truly like living in a postcard. In the evening, when the sun gave way to the moon, the back balcony gave us another aspect of the beauty of Santorini: a bright full moon, which softly illuminated the landscape and created an atmosphere of absolute peace and romance. The staff was discreet but always willing to help, and the facilities of the accommodation fully correspond to what the name "exclusive" promises. The owner Mr. Yiannis is hospitable, willing and an excellent host. We can only highly recommend Gizis Exclusive to anyone who wants a unique and authentic experience of staying in Santorini. We will definitely choose it again!

Just a general feeling

Hotel with spectacular views of the Santorini caldera. The pool and hammocks are acceptable and with good views. However, the room very outdated, the water from the shower leaked into the room. It urgently needs a reform because it is not adequate for the price you pay for the room. It was offset by the incredible views of the room and the hotel that allowed you to watch the sunset and enjoy a luxurious panorama of Santorini. The breakfast is quite mediocre but you have no choice as there are no other options around.
