I had a lovely stay, again! Lovely hotel, nice location and tasty breakfast. :)

It is an old luxury hotel. The room was nice but it requires a change of some furniture. The gym is very old and the windows in the room should be fixed as well. The same goes for the carpets throughout the hotel. However, all upgrades. will increase the price of the hotel. Enjoy the old luxury for a fraction of the price.

Where is deposit ? Are you going to back or cheat this amount ?

Actually it’s not our first time we stayed in this hotel. We really like it : good location to everything what you need : beach , swimming pool , restaurants , etc … highly recommended ! Only I have one comment about need speaking English staff will be very helpful ! We will sure if we come back to sanya we will book again there .

The hotel is nice, but no one speaks English at all, the bed is very hard, not all the lights were working in my room; anyways they clean the room everyday and also give beach towels which is nice, and breakfast is okay It’s very convenient to go to the beach and there are a lot of places to eat just outside the hotel, also The bus station is close. The pool is nice, but there are not enough sunbeds and the sunbeds are really hard

If you are a foreigner this hotel is not recommend for you!!! Poor quality services and dishonest behavior. Location of this hotel is good enough but quality of the services this hotel provides is so bad. Customer service or reception is not cooperative and you have to wait more than 30 minutes for registration even no one in the line there. Room is dirty and smelly, towels were directly, bed was small and they attached sofa with it to make bigger. Even 11:30 am at the check-out day they deactivated the card and deactivated the electricity to let me check out early. While I visited the reception they just activated the card only just to take my stuff out but still there was no electricity. No electricity sockets on sides of bed to charge the phone Highly disappointed This hotel requested 300 RMB security which were more than actual Price of one night stay. During check out they didn't provide me the security deposit on time and asked me to wait for 30 minutes to 60 minutes which make me late to get the flight. My deposit is still with them. 如果你是外国人，不推荐你住这家酒店！！！服务质量差，行为不诚实。 这家酒店的位置很好，但提供的服务质量太差了。客服或接待不配合，即使没有人排队，你也要等30多分钟才能注册。 房间又脏又臭，毛巾是直接的，床很小，他们把沙发和它连在一起让它变大。甚至在退房当天上午11:30，他们也停用了卡和电源，让我提前退房。当我参观接待处时，他们只是激活了卡，只是为了把我的东西拿出来，但仍然没有电。非常失望 这家酒店要求300元人民币的安保，这比一晚的实际价格还高。 在办理登机手续时，他们没有按时给我押金，让我等30到60分钟，这让我迟到了。 我的押金还在他们那里。

Very nice hotel. Very close to the beach! The pool is across the street.

We stayed for 8 nights in Baohong hotel. Here are the pros: - good location, nearby restaurants and nice beach - clean rooms, always fast and on time Cons: - the breakfast is terrible. It’s always cold and no variations. For 118 CNY you could have created something better. - the bed is terrible. Feels like you are laying on a wooden plank. - no English whatsoever, learn Chinese 🤦♂️ - no private beach as it was before, nowhere to lay down - swimming pool doesn’t get clean at all, it’s super dirty with leaves and grass

Check-in took a long time and I had to keep going downstairs to ask questions about things they should have informed me about when I checked-in. When I used the phone, they would giggle and hang up even though I used the translation app voice.

This was the second time I stayed here. The room is a well furnished, spacious room with a large bathroom. The staff took a long time with check in, the first staff member didn’t seem to know what to do. They could not speak English. But the staff were generally friendly and very helpful. The swimming pool is in the grounds of the sister hotel across the road. Good location close to Dadonghai beach. Good value

The room smelled horrible , There is no renovation inside the hotel as it was said , The bed and pillow are not comfortable . As a price of 720 per night this amount is not worth it
