This stay was truly like coming home. The host was incredibly thoughtful and patiently solved many of my problems. The room was clean and tidy, with complete facilities, everything described online. I loved the balcony the most, with a view of the refreshing ocean. It was perfect, and it only took a few minutes to get to the beach, bringing me even closer to the sea. It was also very convenient to eat downstairs, and there were many bus routes to all the attractions. Everything went smoothly. [OK][Handshake]

Now this hotel is hands down the best hotel I have ever been! As a black solo traveller, I always feel the need to be extra safe in new spaces but this place? Amazing! From the hotel facing the beach directly to the bike rental right opposite to the hotel to the amazing space the hotel actually is, to the staff!!! This is definitely my number recommendation for anyone visiting Sanya! I have never felt so welcomed by foreigners. The moment I stepped in to the hotel, the staff were ready to help, language barrier did not stop them from providing her 100/10 service! They recommended activities and even took me to the salon and picked me back after! I can go on and on about this place hahah THE BEST HOTEL!! 这家酒店的工作人员让我的体验如此顺利！我感到非常被爱和欢迎！

I stayed 4 nights here to enjoy my relaxing vacation. Location nearby phoenix Airport. I love the intelligent design of the lobby that gets the natural air from the sea. I got a free upgrade to Seaview room that has a beautiful and relaxable view. I would like to say thank you to the customer relationship manager Nicky, who has professional customer service skills. Everything about the ways that he takes care of the customer is perfection. BRAVO 👏 Nicky, who is part of the successful of the hotel. Breakfast is okay 7/10. I recommend the spa of this hotel 8/10. Staff are friendly and helpful, but not all of them. Someone will let you feel that I talk or do something wrong because they do not have any emotion show on their faces, but I think it might be I speak Chinese, LOL. Chinese food is 👍 room service, which is really quick and yummy. They still have the night seafood BBQ. The Chinese restaurant that I recommend to try. Free shuttle bus to Cdf duty fee. Check-in and check out processing are easy and quick. Thank you once again, Nicky, for preparing a take a way breakfast in my early check-out day. Recommend and will come back with my family. Pullman bed and pillow are the best.

This stay truly exceeded my expectations! The hotel is conveniently located, about a ten-minute walk from the First Market Pedestrian Street. Free shuttle buses are available for transportation to and from the island. The front desk lady was incredibly friendly during check-in and even recommended nearby attractions. The room was incredibly clean and tidy, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable, making for a wonderful sleep. Upon check-out, the staff proactively asked about my stay, which was incredibly thoughtful. The hotel also offers a free shuttle bus to the duty-free shops, so be sure to make a reservation with the front desk.

We had a fabulous Easter holiday at Wyndham Sanya Bay, and it’s truly a fantastic destination for families with young children. Here’s why we loved it: -Perfect for Kids: The kids club was the highlight for our little ones, offering daily activities that kept them entertained for hours. -Fantastic Pool Experience: The swimming pool was a big hit, with plenty of floaties and tons of toys to play with—our kids couldn’t get enough! -Amazing Outdoor Play Gym: The outdoor play gym was another great addition, providing endless fun and a safe place for active play. -Spacious and Clean Rooms: Our room was very spacious, spotlessly clean, and perfect for a family stay. -Wonderful WeChat Concierge Service: The WeChat concierge was incredibly efficient and helpful, quickly accommodating all of our requests with ease. - An OK Breakfast: The breakfast spread was generous and had something for everyone. Language Barrier Handled Well: While most staff didn’t speak English, they did their absolute best using translation apps, and their friendliness and effort made up for any challenges. Hotel is very close to the airport but somewhat further away from other locations. Nothing to be worried about if you're looking for a ”mainly-resort-type” of getaway. Didi's are easy to call to the hotel if you do want to venture out. Overall, the hotel exceeded our expectations and provided a relaxing, fun-filled holiday for our family. We highly recommend it to families with young children looking for a kid-friendly getaway.

It’s our first time to Sanya,so we want to book a hotel for the first 2 days near the airport for convenience purposes especially with kid. To our surprise,the service rendered by the check-in counter hosts is amazing and beyond our expectations.Don’t get me wrong,we have never doubted their service,however we didn’t expect the service rendered by them is superb and beyond excellent. I would like to thank and compliment 3 particular hosts by the name of 陈太月(Chen Tai Yue),李婷 or 小婷(Li Ting) and Wang Xun Le (Pardon me if I remember the name wrongly).Their services and attitudes are fantastic,they never fail to assist or answer all our enquiries. Really appreciate and very thankful to Wang Xun Le,he even helped to pull 2 luggage and brought us to the airport departure hall.By then,he was perspiring… 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 I hope that their management will also compliment and reward these 3 particular hosts,they are definitely an asset to the company. If anyone ever travels to Sanya,please try this hotel despite it’s not the best location,it’s easy to get taxi or grab anyway. Still,it’s worth spending a few nights in this hotel. Overall the food,room cleanliness and service are excellent.

A Short Stay, but Truly Unforgettable! I stayed at this hotel for two days, and honestly, it exceeded all my expectations. The location is perfect – right by the sea, and the beach is just a 3-minute walk away! Waking up to that ocean view felt like a dream. The cleanliness was top-notch. Everything was tidy and fresh, and the room was super comfortable. What really stood out to me was the staff – incredibly kind and helpful. Even though I speak very little Chinese, they went out of their way to assist me, using translation apps or gestures, always with a smile and great attitude. Highly recommended for anyone looking for peace, good service, and a beautiful seaside escape – even if it’s just for a short stay. Totally worth it!

It was an amazing experience staying in this beautiful hotel. Everything was nice, starting from delicious breakfast and very comfortable rooms, and ended with wonderful people working here. And I also want to say big thank you to Yuki. She makes our stay at the hotel even better. Definitely will come back here again

Amazing hotel, beautiful, spotless, amazing views of the sea, lush tropical pool area and the most comfortable beds ever. Staff were all soo lovely, especially the reception staff who were soo helpful, kind and patient with us as we tried to translate from English to Chinese.

Wow I love the neatness of the hotel and also enjoyed my stay it has the sea view, I must say the breakfast was so nice and the front desk were really helpful This guy called Eason really assisted me with all I needed from getting to the hotel, to the yacht ride and every thing I needed during my stay It was an amazing stay and an amazing experience in Sanya
