It was an amazing experience staying in this beautiful hotel. Everything was nice, starting from delicious breakfast and very comfortable rooms, and ended with wonderful people working here. And I also want to say big thank you to Yuki. She makes our stay at the hotel even better. Definitely will come back here again

I stayed 4 nights here to enjoy my relaxing vacation. Location nearby phoenix Airport. I love the intelligent design of the lobby that gets the natural air from the sea. I got a free upgrade to Seaview room that has a beautiful and relaxable view. I would like to say thank you to the customer relationship manager Nicky, who has professional customer service skills. Everything about the ways that he takes care of the customer is perfection. BRAVO 👏 Nicky, who is part of the successful of the hotel. Breakfast is okay 7/10. I recommend the spa of this hotel 8/10. Staff are friendly and helpful, but not all of them. Someone will let you feel that I talk or do something wrong because they do not have any emotion show on their faces, but I think it might be I speak Chinese, LOL. Chinese food is 👍 room service, which is really quick and yummy. They still have the night seafood BBQ. The Chinese restaurant that I recommend to try. Free shuttle bus to Cdf duty fee. Check-in and check out processing are easy and quick. Thank you once again, Nicky, for preparing a take a way breakfast in my early check-out day. Recommend and will come back with my family. Pullman bed and pillow are the best.

We had a fabulous Easter holiday at Wyndham Sanya Bay, and it’s truly a fantastic destination for families with young children. Here’s why we loved it: -Perfect for Kids: The kids club was the highlight for our little ones, offering daily activities that kept them entertained for hours. -Fantastic Pool Experience: The swimming pool was a big hit, with plenty of floaties and tons of toys to play with—our kids couldn’t get enough! -Amazing Outdoor Play Gym: The outdoor play gym was another great addition, providing endless fun and a safe place for active play. -Spacious and Clean Rooms: Our room was very spacious, spotlessly clean, and perfect for a family stay. -Wonderful WeChat Concierge Service: The WeChat concierge was incredibly efficient and helpful, quickly accommodating all of our requests with ease. - An OK Breakfast: The breakfast spread was generous and had something for everyone. Language Barrier Handled Well: While most staff didn’t speak English, they did their absolute best using translation apps, and their friendliness and effort made up for any challenges. Hotel is very close to the airport but somewhat further away from other locations. Nothing to be worried about if you're looking for a ”mainly-resort-type” of getaway. Didi's are easy to call to the hotel if you do want to venture out. Overall, the hotel exceeded our expectations and provided a relaxing, fun-filled holiday for our family. We highly recommend it to families with young children looking for a kid-friendly getaway.

Wow I love the neatness of the hotel and also enjoyed my stay it has the sea view, I must say the breakfast was so nice and the front desk were really helpful This guy called Eason really assisted me with all I needed from getting to the hotel, to the yacht ride and every thing I needed during my stay It was an amazing stay and an amazing experience in Sanya

Although we just booked a 1-day stay on our last day at Sanya, Holiday Inn Resort is definitely the best hotel during our Sanya trip. We regret already that we should have spent more days at this hotel. Thank you so much for the hospitality and family-friendly cosy service. Here, you can find all you need for the lovely vacation. My daughters love so much spending time here. Many thanks also to the front desk clerk WangShu( sorry, I forgot his English name) for the excellent customer service during our stay.

Location of hotel is great. Check in counter staffs  7.5 /10 Hotel room layout can be improved. As hotel is so close to the beach, the balcony with 2 sofa chairs are  redundant. The layout of the TV is in awkward location. Shower gel , shampoo not enough for 2 person Breakfast quality can be improved.

The hotel is nice and beautiful. The staff is friendly and helpful, but it would be nice if they have someone who speaks English. I know some Chinese so for me it wasn't a problem, but for other tourists it can be difficult to get some help. The room I stayed in was small, but perfect for the solo traveler. They cleaned it every day, and changed toiletries. There was only one problem, I spotted some cockroaches. Swimming pools were clean and nice, and you can lend some towels for free. The beach is super near, like 5 min walk from the hotel.

Great service from all staffs, especially 小钟. She’s always friendly and serve with a smile. Room is spacious with all necessary amenities. Even comes with a washing machine. We are lucky that we got assigned to a high floor room with some sea view. There’s a huge construction site beside the hotel but it didn’t affect us as we are not directly facing it. Hotel did provide 3M ear plug daily.

19/02/2025 We reached sanya station around 1425 Once we walk off from the sanya train station then we took a tram to yingbin road station about 6-8 station and the fare around SGD $1++ but that other option to those dont want take public transport may book didi ride directly to your location. From yingbin station to four points i take about 10-15 mins walk and basically the hotel location also it doesn’t show accurate place . The hotel it literally opposite beach just crossing road. The hotel location is so strategic to anywhere. The hotel is well maintained we reached hotel around 1530 but sadly our rooms is not ready for check in the front desk told us that we need to wait around 1-1.5hour but the good part the front recovered us with complimentary vourcher at their lounge. And we managed to get our rooms around 1700 the room is so spacious and well maintained. But only the aircond abit warm so what i did was closed half of the curtain especially during day time to avoid from sunlight shine to our room that could make our room feel warmer. Our room is inclusive with breakfast that a choices quite a lot but will suggest you guys go before 8am to avoid from heavy traffic from other people need to queue outside while waiting for the table. That a choice of western and Chinese style and those vegan, vegetarian that not a lof of choices that you could get in and those muslim there is not halal except of bread or cereal for your choice. And the hotel got provided shuttle to Nanshan tample and CDF MALL Haitang bay just need to book in advance slot and timing at front desk . And possible for you guys to have WECHAT apps or china phone number because they will make a call for confirmation for the shuttle. On the 20th of feb after we came back from haitang bay we get a surprise birthday cake from the hotel team. Btw thank you for the great memories in china that i couldn’t forget it ❤️🇸🇬

My wife and I stayed over for the night on our way to Haitong Bay. We got in off a night flight, close to midnight, and were warmly greeted by a friendly (if slightly inexperienced) night shift who efficiently got us to our room.  Nothing spectacular, in the grand scheme of things, but to quote my better half, “THE BED WAS SO COMFY. I slept really well!”  And in the end, isn’t that the most important thing?
