This time I lived in Liangxuan Villa 5 bedrooms with a swimming pool. The overall experience of a large family is very good. You can cook by yourself. The tableware is clean and complete. The children in the swimming pool have fun. They don’t want to go out of the house every day. It’s only five minutes drive from the duty-free shop and play Atlantis. Wuzhizhou Island in Houhai Village is very convenient. The villa environment in the community is elegant. The housekeeper can basically solve the needs in time. We stayed for 8 nights and did not come to clean every day. The only fly in the ointment of this trip was that the children did not care about the graffiti and painted it on the sheets. They couldn't wash it off and lost 400 yuan according to the housekeeper's requirements.

We live on the first floor of Building 8. The neighborhood is beautiful, quiet and suitable for living. Our whole family is very satisfied with this house. The soundproofing of each room is very good, and no one is affected. The only shortcoming is the poor hygiene. I cleaned the chair backs and sofa backs myself. However, the service is very good. Whatever you ask for, you get it. The response is timely. In general, it meets our needs. We just want to find a comfortable and quiet place to stay and recuperate. We don’t require shopping or playing. In short, if this house is in good hygiene, it can be called perfect for me.

提點建議：希望軟件設施可以提高一下，衞生條件再嚴格要求一點 那絕對完美。

GGuest UserVery new villa🏡, the housekeeper seems to be a local, very polite, I feel very good! A lot of mineral water is delivered to the room every day, and there is no unnecessary hidden consumption! The bedding is new and clean, and there are several themed rooms that feel very good! Billiards 🎱 table, mahjong table, karaoke, you can play without leaving the hotel! It is very close to Haichang Everbright City and Atlantis, just take a taxi, definitely worth staying

- Large, beautiful & maimtained in its ideal state area. There're lots of bright birds in the hotel territory: you can watch them on the pond, grass or I front of gulf fields in the morning & it's quite relaxing. Same way there're lots of bright flowers, blossoming bushes & beautiful trees
- Lovely & helpful staff. Friendly ladies at reception desk, lovely housekeeping ladies, making everything clean & shining in a blink of an eye, nice baggy drivers, always ready to pick you up on the road, - thanks to everyone! Unfortunately almost no one talks English, but nobody suffers much as translating apps make it possible to solve any problem asap. Special thanks to Annie Li (hope, I remember the name right): she was very obliging & kind, serving our reservation & calling us a taxi to the railway station
- There's a large, fully equiped gym - a treadmill, a cable machine, a Smith's mashine, a stationary bicycle, a rowing machine & some other. Same way there're some sets of dumbells, some inclined benches, cardiosteppers, fitballs, abs rollers, yoga mats, etc. Any type of fitness activity is available. And the most amaizing part is that sports is not popular, so the gym is never overcrowded. Never saw there more than 4 persons
- There's a kids' centre near the pool & no kid will feel boring while letting the parents have some rest
- There's a spa centre. We didn't use it unfortunately, so can't say, how good it is, but for sure, it should be good as everything in this hotel
- As for the hotel location, it's located a bit outside the main road, that makes it quite peaceful, quiet & calm with not much car noise around. At the same time it takes only 12 minutes of walking to get to the beach or just 3,5 minutes on a baggy
- As for the room itself, it was spacious, light & comfortable & it was a real pleasure to have breakfasts at a balcony, watching lazy chipmunks moving from one tree to another, white herons, eating something in the grass or golfists choosing the right stick somewhere afar. Also there's an air dehydrator in the room
Cons:
- For us there was no disadvantages at all, but maybe for someone it's not comfortable to walk 20 minutes to the Yalong bay restaurant area. Can't imagine anything else.
Anyway, we really admire all the staff who maintain this large hotel in such an ideal state. We got much pleasure staying there

CChantel BiancaIt was a great experience overall. The customer service we received was incredible. I was excited before arrival due to the level of service we received. We arrived very early in the morning and were given extra water and noodles because it was too early/late to get food anywhere. There is a small kitchen with basic utensils in the villa.
The location is great for a quiet holiday. There is a decent beach within walking distance of the villa. The area/community the villas are in is beautiful! It's a very tranquil area. There aren't any Western restaurants nearby that I could find, but there are some tasty local places. Definitely recommend bringing groceries and cooking yourself if you aren't a fan of local cuisine.
The only things that weren't the best was the hard bed (they did provide an extra comforter to use as a mattress pad, which helped) and the lack of shade/covering over the pool. It would've been perfect if there was a gazebo covering part of the pool to provide shade while relaxing throughout the day.
I will definitely be back!

MMaoyuer1215The theme of the little yellow duck is cute and warm. The children fell in love with it as soon as they entered the house. The house is clean and bright. Each room has an independent air conditioner switch, which is also very friendly to the elderly. The indoor electrical facilities are complete, and daily necessities and water are replenished every day. Free parking in the yard. I especially want to mention the kitchen. At first glance, it is not just a decoration. Tableware, woks, steamers, etc., pots and pans are all available, even detergent and dishcloths are prepared in place. It is really attentive! The housekeeper service is thoughtful and meticulous, like an exclusive one. Sometimes we play far away, and the time of going out and coming back is not fixed. The housekeeper delivers meals, cleans and other services, always giving priority to our time. Send messages in advance to understand. It is really considerate and thoughtful service. While the location was a bit far out (understandable given how big China is), it offered easy access to several popular attractions. The area felt very safe and secure—there was a security guard who verified us at all times, which added peace of mind, although it did mean a bit of a wait before we could enter the villa.
The service was excellent. 符业啟was incredibly helpful and responsive. We had a few requests during our stay—fixing a light, adjusting the bed, cleaning the floor, and getting more water—and all were settled almost immediately.
The amenities were decent. The swimming pool was usable, and the rooms were large and spacious, though slightly worn in some areas.
Cleanliness was okay overall. The place was bug-free with no strange smells, and the beds were clean and comfortable. The only minor downside was that the floor was a bit sandy at first, but the cleaners came promptly to tidy it up.

The following is my detailed evaluation from the price discount, clean bedding, friendly front desk and clean swimming pool (there are pros and cons, personal opinions are for reference only)
**Price discount**
In the same Poly Phase II, I found that the price of this one is the best, suitable for me who is reluctant to spend money but want to enjoy~hahaha
**Clean and tidy bedding**
This pool villa pays great attention to the cleanliness and tidiness of bedding. Two rooms are equipped with two bathrooms. Although I didn’t wipe them with the bath towels provided by the villa, I smelled the fragrance on the bath towels. All of these make tourists feel the warmth and comfort of home during their journey.
**Friendly front desk**
The front desk service of this pool villa is very thoughtful and friendly. We were contacted in advance to provide road signs. We consulted the surrounding 15-minute living circle, and they were happy to provide detailed information about surrounding attractions and activities. They will also assist guests with any questions when needed (for example, I asked when the community's public swimming pool will open, whether there are shared electric vehicles for rent, and whether there are any sea activities recommended, etc.), ensuring that we feel cared for and helped throughout the trip.
**Clean swimming pool**
The swimming pool of this pool villa is very clean and is maintained and disinfected by professionals every week. Visitors can swim in the pool with confidence and enjoy the fun brought by the cool waters (when we went there, we happened to encounter the pool cleaning, and the guy cleaned it very cleanly). There are also parasols and lounge chairs around the public swimming pool for tourists to use when sunbathing or resting (the public swimming pool is quite large, and the water depth is marked as 1.6m but it should be only about 1.3)
Before I came, I visited many reviews. Some said they were fierce, and some said they urged people to check out. This one scored slightly higher, and I was quite nervous. But after coming here, I have never encountered those problems. If you politely raise reasonable requests, the store will provide help (super nice)
⭐Here, there are some small opinions, that is...
1. The uncivilized guests upstairs will throw cigarette butts down... The water that has just been changed was thrown with cigarette butts.
2. There is no cutting board in the kitchen (maybe I didn't look carefully)
In short, this pool villa has become my ideal choice for vacation in Haitang Bay with its favorable prices, clean and tidy bedding, friendly front desk and clean swimming pool. (I came to Haitang Bay four years ago. I was young and didn't know how to save money. I stayed in a pool villa that cost more than 1,000 yuan a night. It was a single-story detached house, and the pool was about the same size as this one. Hey, I feel like I lost a few... But there is definitely a difference between a few thousand and a few hundred. Let's take advantage of the discount, so don't ask for a bicycle~😂)

GGuest UserThe location was ideal as it was within walking distance to the beach. We had our own personal contact called Cindy who was attentive. We were upgraded upon arrival to the Myanmar Villa. The staff were all friendly and polite.
Everyday our room and pool was cleaned and the staff created cute towel animals. The private pool was lovely and good temp. There was a power outage while we were there however it was quickly resolved once we notified staff. The amenities were good and room service was cheap. Public was average but not a detriment to the stay.
We added breakfast to our package for the days were staying. The buffet was good, a mix of western and chinese, some days were better than others but overall quite nice.
Overall i would recommend staying here.
