Great view, location, warm and courteous hospitality, very clean and tasteful rooms, and delicious food that you'll want to eat again. Everything about this hotel was perfect. Moreover, the price is reasonable. This hotel is recommended to everyone coming to Douro!

Absolutely incredible property and stay. The views from the windows of the surrounding vineyards were mesmerising. Wish I would have booked for longer. Amazing breakfast with fresh produce. Highly highly recommend and we will return one day. Smooth check in and check out. Fantastic staff, just incredible

Excellent stay. We loved the view from our room. Pinhão is a short 10 min drive. Tony was super helpful and arranged reservations at the wineries.

This is a beautiful 3 room guesthouse. Anna, the proprietress, greeted us and even let us check in a bit early. They were very solicitous and welcoming of our 5 year old. They made sure he had kid's cereal for breakfast, and made him a special kid's meal for dinner. It was his birthday, so they very kindly made him a birthday brownie and made him feel special. Everything about this property is stunning. Would highly recommend staying here along with having dinner on site.

I never write reviews but this place was one of my favorite from all my travels worldwide. The views were stunning and the property is perfection, in fact the view from our room was hard to comprehend it was just that beautiful! We had a 5 course dinner and the meal was also one of best meals. The owners have nailed impeccable attention to details, the stay was a 10/10, even our teens were impressed and said this was one of best places they have stayed! If you like personal touches and attention to details in a small boutique style hotel then this place is a dream come true!

This place was a highlight of our anniversary trip in Portugal! It was beautiful with incredible views. Marco and Antonio were truly amazing. We ended up eating dinner there was incredible. This is a small gem that I would highly recommend!

I would give this property 6 stars if I could. Book this for your stay in Douro! They accommodated early check in, greeted us with Port and upgraded our room. Their staff assisted us with reservations to wineries, local restaurants and viewpoints. The property is incredible and you feel right at home. The breakfast is amazing and they are so attentive. It was one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at and will be telling all of our friends to stay here when in this area.
