Hotel Paramount - São Paulo

I needed a hotel to go to the dawn fair in Brás and the 25th fair, this hotel surprised me from the beginning when I would have to check in after hours, as my bus would arrive around 11:30 pm in Sp. Helpful staff, very polite and attentive, the breakfast was excellent, everything was organized and there was also an elevator. I highly recommend it!!!

The hotel is very good! Clean and organized, excellent service. It is very close to Luz station and the historic center of São Paulo. Great value for money! I highly recommend it!

Very good experience. The Hotel is central, close to everything, it meets everything in relation to its category. The kindness and hospitality of its staff including its Owner is LUXURIOUS!!! Excellent people willing to solve any problem. I would return without hesitation.

The staff are attentive, polite and helpful. Everything changes simply. Very tasty breakfast. The bathroom is very small and does not have a shower stall. But the employee told me that they are working on improvements.

We were accommodated in one of the best rooms, even though we saw problems such as: a loud TV that we were unable to use; There was no shower stall; The external noise from the street echoes very strongly inside the room; There were leaks and cleaning materials exposed in the hallway; The garage with holes in the floor and dirt; The hotel employee was helpful, but breakfast on March 16 was served half an hour late (only at 7:30); The breakfast could have had more variety of foods;) The reception staff were not in uniform; The wheelchair ramp is very steep;

Local extremamente perigoso no centro de São Paulo, não recomendado se você quiser sair a pé, o olha que tem diversas coisas interessantes. Jamais vá a estação da Luz sozinho saindo deste hotel.

Um hotel simples, localizado bem no centro de sp, por isso um pouco perigoso, mas que atende bem as necessidades de quem vai passar uma noite na capital. Metrô República a 10 minutos a pé, indo pela Av. Ipiranga que é bem movimentada. Café da manhã simples, mas bem feito, com pão, ovos, salsicha, bolos, sucos. Um ótimo custo benefício!
