Very comfortable, new, clean hotel and transfer to the airport is excellent and punctual. Some details disappointed me: I took this hotel with breakfast because of my flight time, and I had few options, not repair the missing options, even though only half an hour after the start. Another thing, staff of different appointments appear to be not talking. I left the car parked in the hotel during my trip, and the car official said it was possible to hit the car around, while they made me pay for the checkout.

Front desk could be a little more sensitive and allow me to check in around 09:00 am instead of 11:00 am due the flight delay. They expected to pay almost 50% of the rate of the room to be inside two hours earlier . The front desk manager could be a little more considerate das well since I check out at 10 pm , I wouldn’t be able to enjoy the breakfast in the next day , but they refuse to allow me to have breakfast in the check in day. Room is ok, and they have shuttle services to the airport. Dinner is almost and reasonable price .

Good communication with the hostel and the transfer driver, they could make a map showing were is the meeting spot to help, but the message with the reference was ok for me who speak Portuguese, Clean bedroom bathroom , they have a tv, wireless, towel and body soap. The crew is polite, friendly and helpful, they helped me to order food, change money and show me the breakfast room. Fair breakfast, 2 types of bread, ham, cheese, butter, hotdog sauce, cashew juice and coffee. It was a good experience.

The location of the hotel is very close to the exhibition hall, and the taxi is about 10-13 baht. Hotel facilities are relatively simple. I used the property for an overnight stay, after a long, almost endless, intercontinental flight, before flying back home. Close to Sao Paulo Guarulhos Int'l airport, the place has proven to be an excellent choice for travelers in a need of an overnight stay no far away from the airport. About 15 minutes drive from Guarulhos, the hotel is located in a quite neighborhood and offers very comfortable and absolutely clean room and shower, a great king bed, AC, flat TV, room service, free wifi, and a variety of amenities, like stocked mini fridge, coffee and tea machines and more. Additionally it offers an excellent breakfast buffet and count on a friendly, attentive and courteous staff. In this respect I am glad to recognize the OUTSTANDING SERVICE received during my short and pleasant stay from the front-desk employee Mr. Guilherme Santos, whom provided me a fast and extremely courteous check-in close to midnight, and the front-desk manager Mr. Gonzalo Iozzo, for managing so friendly and promptly my request for a free late check-out at my departure date. Based on my comfortable and pleasant experience, I recommend the place with NO OBJECTIONS!

I always went forward and never touched me that I had a hotel there. We were used to hosting the Omega Palace there in Carandiru. The hotel really surprised us. But simple, clean and organized. The only thing I found small was the box, but the shower is delicious. We were very well served. All staff were nice. From the reception to the garbage. Parking is also wide, vagacy good to park, no problem. They quickly answered my request to stay in a room in the ground because I had undertaken an operation and could not climb the stairs because the hotel has no lift. It's really a lost oasis here in Santana region. Very good! Super recommended!

The hotel was a great surprise, I found everything incredible. Great rooms, bed in the huge and very comfortable room, beautiful view, spacious bathroom. It is a real flat, it gives to stay in it rs. I had two bottles of courtesy water, these little details earned me too much, and as I went to test and I would only leave at 13:00, they let me check out late at 14:00 without any extra cost.

Ibis Tatupé is still new, so it is in good condition compared to others in the network. The room is larger than the budget version and smaller than the styles version, spacious bathroom. Lights a little dark, good wifi, but not super fast. Morning coffee and parking paid for part, but I did not use (parking is paid per day and with a manubrist, for whom it doesn't care to leave your car in the hands of others). Super gentle careers (but all without mask, which I think is a problem, given that the pandemic has not ended). The hotel is located just a few steps from the metro Tatupé and CPTM station, a 25-minute train from the international airport. The room was clean, there were noise-free windows and it was possible to hear the train passed by less than 500 metres, the street was moved, but the room was not noisy. Good beds, for the moment.
