stayed here for two days ，the hotel is in a good location and it's a relatively nice hot - spring hotel in the local area. Here are some aspects that I found a bit inconvenient during my check-in, and I'd like to share them with you. 1. The housekeeper suggested wearing the clothes and slippers provided by the hotel. It's a pity that all the sizes are the same. It doesn't matter much about the clothes, but the slippers are too big. They make it extremely difficult to walk and it's very easy to and fall. 2. There are a lot of steps in the room. An elderly person in my family tripped and fell when going to the toilet in the middle of the night. You must be careful at night. 3. Most of the customers are Japanese. As for payment, they can only pay in cash or use Visa or Master cards. UnionPay cards cannot be used here. 4. One last thing to pay special attention to is the door of the room. You need to lock it additionally both when entering and exiting the room. If you don't fasten all the locks from the inside when you come in, people outside will be able to open the door. We've already had the embarrassing experience of three of us lying in bed when a group of people suddenly burst in from outside. Please keep this in mind.

The staff are very nice and helpful. They can speak good English and that helps us a lot. We only spent a night at the hotel and had to leave at 6am in the morning for the airport. The hotel was very considerate and very kind to allow us to substitute the lunch buffet for the breakfast buffet which otherwise we would miss. The hotel was on the mountain and the cottage was nicely decorated. We spent a very romantic night in the snowy weather enjoying the cozy onsen. The food at the dinner buffet was very delicious and in a great variety. We are thinking about returning for a longer stay.

Excellent experience! We had a good time - great food, great service & onsen. The time spent there was limited (late check-in & early check-out), did not have the chance to explore the surrounding which is a pity.

Stay 4 -5 times all will return again. Room, Onsen ,pilow gallery, buffet dinner. All staff service mind very impress. Shuttle bus three times from makomanai station available for free.

Beautiful hotel not too far from the main onsen street. However, this provides a secluded environment for the hotel to feel very resort like. Decoration and design was classy and top notch. Onsen was good with multiple indoor pools and 2 outdoor pools. Buffet food choice and quality was top notch for both lunch and breakfast.

Buffet was average, stayed in the cottage private onsen room, furniture outdated, slipper terrible, not worth the money

First time in Sapporo.. I made up my mind and went to a ryokan on the last day The accommodation.. is quite!!! spacious The view from the accommodation.. is a work of art Dinner and breakfast were included.. The restaurant view is also the best I also healed in the hot spring.. I had a really good time You have to take the subway a few stops from Sapporo Station But the shuttle bus is free Be sure to make a reservation and use it All the staff are friendly I would 1000% use it again I am very, very satisfied~^-^/

The hotel environment is comfortable, in the evening you can listen to live music while burning cotton candy in the lobby, we chose the room type has a private outdoor hot spring, the hotel also comes with a bottle of white wine, you can look at the snow view, soak in the hot spring is very comfortable, but the room is not very clean, missing the previous hand of a contact lens, in addition, the hotel comes with a cup of pudding, we think On the third night when eating suddenly disappeared, called the front desk to be told because the expiration so dropped, and told us should receive the first day is to eat, in addition, the hotel buffet ceremony every day menu is the same for three days very boring, although the second and third nights have additional dishes, the second night added sukiyaki, the third night added bacon, but not all-you-can-eat. However the overall hotel is acceptable. 

The single-family house we stayed in had great privacy. The private bath was bigger than expected. It happened to snow heavily. It was a great experience! The hotel provided welcome champagne and drinks. The food was very Japanese. Those who are not used to it could not stand eating it for two days. But there are not many restaurants in the town, so it is good to eat in the hotel.
