The room was large and clean, and the hot spring facilities were excellent with a huge space. Dinner offered a wide variety of dishes, including unlimited domestic Japanese wagyu beef grilled fresh on the spot. For the same amount of steak, I would pay 10,000 yen for just 6 small pieces at Hokkai-En Yakiniku in Niseko town. The pizzas were also made to order. They even poured champagne from a brand new bottle into clean glasses for us. And the price was very reasonable; I even wondered if there was a mistake in the bill, haha! 😄

Extremely satisfied! The snowy view outside the window was beautiful. The hotel itself is gorgeous and not at all dated. It wasn't crowded, so there was no waiting for breakfast or dinner. And the onsen (hot spring) was absolutely incredible – soaking outdoors while it snowed was just divine!

The hotel shuttle to Sapporo and back was super convenient. I even got two face masks for completing a satisfaction survey – really impressed with the service! The room was a traditional Japanese-Western style, and the massage chair was an amazing surprise. Everything was spotless. Dinner was a Western-style buffet with raw chocolate, pastries, and steak. Overall, a very pleasant and relaxing vacation experience.

Extremely comfortable, very Japanese in style. The breakfast and dinner were incredibly rich, offering a wide variety of local flavors. The onsen (hot spring) bath was also very relaxing and comfortable.

I booked this hotel three months in advance. Taking the bus from Sapporo directly to Shiraishi Waterfall Station was much more convenient than taking the subway and then finding a shuttle. The hotel was meticulously cleaned, and we waited until 3:30 PM for check-in. The buffet dinner was good, but the breakfast wasn't as lavish as at The Windsor Hotel Toya. We caught a heavy snowfall, and soaking in the outdoor onsen was amazing. There was a harp performance, and the surrounding area was also nice to explore.

The hotel is short distance away from the major sightseeing spots at jozankei, but still walkable distance. That allows a tranquil and relaxing environment which you can truly enjoy the stay and immerse yourself into the nature. The resort is beautiful and room is super spacious. The buffet is wonderful. All the food are very fresh which make you feel very healthy. The onsen are nice. However, I found the temperature of outdoor bath too high. I feel recharged after the stay, both physically and mentally.

Wonderful winter stay at Jozankei Tsuruga Resort Spa MORI no UTA. The cottage room was spacious, very clean, and beautifully designed. The private outdoor onsen with a quiet garden view was the highlight—perfect for relaxing in the winter atmosphere. A peaceful and memorable experience.

If I could give it more stars, I would. Everything was perfect. It was amazing to see the harp player play on the lobby. My wife and I really loved it. The room was large and great! Every little thing was perfect!! The dining room was very nice. It was the best place we have stayed in.

Everything is great except the trip.com not sending child staying info to the hotel backend. Having few round of conversations with the hotel front desk to settle the problems. Be careful and check with hotel before heading directly to the hotel staying if you travel with kids.

Had a wonderful stay at the resort. Enjoyed using the spa. Within walking distance to the foot bath and suspension bridge. Great breakfast and dinner.

It is not a big onsen hotel, facilities are good.Dinner buffet was tasty, but not many choices of food. Felt a bit not convenient was that we all need to change to the hotel slippers when stepping in the hotel floors. Our shoes needed to store in special lockers. Feeling not hygienic that we need to wear the public slippers. The onsen and room facilities are ok.
