As first time China travellers with no language skills we so benefitted from their local knowledge and they wen out of their way to make our stay the best it can be. We were invited to have grilled tofu with the other guests and loved the atmosphere of this B&B. The room was sparkling clean, the bed very comfortable and we had all we needed. The breakfast was superb and they catered very well to our dietary needs (vegetarians). The location is also great for visiting the ancient city. Do yourself a favour and stay there if you visit Jianshui."
