酒店的房間不大，但是設計的非常精巧，浴室重新裝修過，非常漂亮。酒店在瑞士的傳統建築裏，有非常漂亮的會議大廳。
酒店沒有24小時的前台，感謝攜程工作人員兩次給我打電話確定入住時間。
酒店位置離火車站步行七分鐘左右，很方便，離酒店不遠還有中餐廳可以打包外賣。

This charming establishment, which has recently undergone an impressive renovation, seamlessly blends retro aesthetics with modern comforts. The result is a delightful ambiance that transports you back in time while providing all the amenities you could need. The warm and friendly reception staff insuring a smooth and hassle-free check-in process and some advice for town orientation. The room was comfortable, well equipped, and with a view of the city from the window. The breakfast was very nice. the location is in the heart of the old town.

Booked a standard room for two nights at Sorell Hotel Rüden in early April 2023. Charming boutique hotel in the city center of Schaffhausen. It is a short walk to/from the train station. I checked-in after 8:00 pm. Good check-in/out experience. The guest agent that handled my check-in was friendly and thorough. Great customer service skills! My room was cozy and clean. Neither a kettle nor coffee machine is a standard room amenity. Overall my stay at Sorell Hotel Rüden was decent. The reception desk closes at 10 pm.

Located close to central station - professional late check in and smooth check out professional - breakfast ok - facilities good but wlan coverage was very disappointing in the room - difficult to have online meeting - all together however pleasant stay

Sehr zentral gelegenes Hotel in der Altstadt, in unmittelbarer Nähe vom Bahnhof Schaffhausen. Das Zimmer und das Bad war sehr sauber und das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Weil das Hotel in der Altstadt gelegen ist, hat es keine eigenen Parkplätze. Wer mit dem Auto anreist, sollte im öffentlichen Parkhaus parkieren.

Auf einer Velotour hier spontan und persönlich angefragt. Habe sofort ein Einzelzimmer erhalten. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und umfangreich. Für das Rennrad gab es keine Unterstellmöglichkeit. Einzig am Hintereingang konnte ich es mit meinem Schloss am Geländer verschliessen. Der Zugang ist jedoch ab 20 Uhr für Hotelfrede nicht möglich. Sehr zufrieden.

Herzlicher Empfang inkl. Welcome-Getränk. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal an der Reception. Das Haus sehr gekonnt renoviert und die Zimmer mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Zimmer 308 sehr geräumig. Perfekte Lage nähe Bahnhof und anfangs Altstadt. Reichhaltiges Frühstück mit frischen und vor allem lokalen Produkten. Buffet bietet alles, was das Herz begehrt. Rundum ein tolles Hotel mit viel Charme in stilvollem Gebäude.
