"Overall it is very good. Especially the location, just walk for less than 5mins from the ferry terminal. And it's near everywhere we go. The hotel staff speaks English and the service is good.
However, there are 4 downsides of this hotel.
- There's no ventilator in the toilet.
- The toilet floor is not well level, water is all over the place after the shower.
- The mattress was sagged to a side.
- There's this one day, around 8.30am, I was sleeping, the staff came knocking and multiple doorbells rang until we walked to the door. They were asking if we wanted to do laundry. That night, I had to put up the 'do not disturb sign'.
