Hotels in Busan with sea view​

"Pros: The location of this hotel is excellent! It’s very close to the beach and surrounded by great food options, restaurants, and lively bars. Plus, it is within easy walking distance to the Sky Capsule Mipo Station, which made sightseeing incredibly convenient. They also had small washing machine and LG styler. Cons: However, the hotel definitely needs to improve its cleanliness. When we checked in, the room was very dusty, and the towels didn't feel completely clean. The bathroom was only ”so-so” in terms of cleanliness. Also, note that the lobby is quite small. No toothbrush / no toothpaste / no booties. Some of the front desk staff weren't very friendly and struggled with English. Overall: Despite the housekeeping issues, we had a great stay overall thanks to the amazing location. If they fix the cleanliness issues, it would be perfect!"

"Pros: Great location! Everything is within walking distance – the beach, the metro, bus stops, and there's an excellent, large, new 24/7 7-Eleven on the ground floor. It's an brand new building, with occupancy only starting in Spring 2026. The apartments are modern and spacious, with a fantastic kitchen and smart home features, though cooking isn't allowed in the kitchen. There's also an extra bathroom. We booked two rooms: one on the 27th floor and another on the 21st floor for the kids with twin beds and a sea view – the view was absolutely beautiful. The bed might be a bit small, but the mattress, pillows, and linen were all good quality. Cons: This is more like an apartment building than a hotel, so don't expect typical hotel services like daily room cleaning. Housekeeping is only every 3 days, and they don't empty the trash or change towels. There's no breakfast service like in hotels, but there are plenty of places nearby for breakfast, from local restaurants to bakeries. Families with children will need to plan their breakfast arrangements. Some renovation work is still ongoing in the building, particularly on the 1st and 2nd floors. The bathroom has a musty smell, as if there isn't enough ventilation. There's a lovely walk-in closet, but very few hangers. The water pressure in the shower isn't very strong. Also, there's a very strong, unbearable sewage smell coming from the street outside the main entrance on the parking lot side. While this isn't directly the hotel's fault, it significantly detracts from the overall experience."

"For our family of 6, 3 adults 3 kids, an apartment suited our needs. The complex is situated 5 mins walk from Busan Station with a walkway connecting the two. Ideal if arriving by train as we did. Check in, and access to the room, doors and lift are by QR code given upon online check in on the day. With phone batteries as they are, I found the accommodation office and got 2 physical cards and that worked great. The staff were very friendly. The apartment was on 38th floor. The lighting makes it feel a bit clinical or starship enterprise with everything being bright white. The apartment is very well equipped with kitchen, lots of air-conditioning, 3 bedrooms, large lounge area, and mist of all the views over the harbour. If you want convenient location to railway station, great views and apartment style living, I would recommend. Getting to and from attractions in Busan takes a while though as there is only 1 metro line serving Busan Station, and Busan is spread across a large area."

"The hotel is absolutely beautiful, just like in the pictures. I arrived at night, and if you're taking the subway, it's about a 1km walk to the hotel. Taxis can drop you right at the entrance. For late arrivals, you can conveniently check in using the machine on the 15th floor. My room had a direct sea view, and I woke up to stunning scenery the next morning. Plus, the hotel is right by the beach, just around the corner, which is super convenient. I'll definitely book here again on my next trip to Busan."

"Amenities The hotel offers a comfortable stay with well-maintained facilities. While the room size for three persons is slightly compact, it is still cozy and functional enough for a pleasant stay. Location The surrounding area is relatively quiet with limited amenities nearby. However, it is conveniently located about 10–15 minutes away from both Lotte Mart and Nampo Station, making it easy to access shopping and public transport. Cleanliness The hotel is clean and well-kept, which adds to the overall comfort of the stay. Housekeeping maintains a high standard throughout. Service (Special Mention) A special commendation goes to Mr. Park from the service staff. He was extremely helpful in assisting with booking a cab and handling luggage efficiently. His professionalism and resourcefulness truly enhanced the overall experience. Overall A clean and comfortable hotel with good service. Despite minor limitations in room size and nearby amenities, the excellent staff support—especially from Mr. Park—makes it a worthwhile stay in Busan."

"Great hotel, highly recommended to stay! Room: small, but that was enough for me, as everything needed was in the room. Room was very tidy, you can request cleaning 1 time every 3 days, but if you want to switch towels, you can just bring them to reception. Besides, even though tooth brush and paste aren’t provided directly, you can request those on the reception as well. You can use washing machine and dryer next to reception if required. Staff: very polite and respectful, perfectly speak English, will try their best to help you with any questions. Breakfast: self-service, you can pick everything you want, and actually everything I tried there was delicious. Location: 2 minutes from Nampo station, that is extremely convenient. A lot of shops and restaurants around, as well as several convenience stores. Just in 10 minutes you can get to Busan tower by foot. At night it’s very quiet."
