Ok, good hotel with good surrounding. Easy access and easy to move around semporna town.

One of the best Hotel Deal in Semporna town you can get. Location is very convenient for family travelers. Hotel is connected to a small so called town mall, where various fast food chains are just downstairs i.e. Starbucks (the only one in Semporna), KFC, Secret Recipe, 7 Eleven, Convenient Store.
With the right room, you can get a great view of the busy sea. DIY Laundry is a bit far though, would have to drive to do your own laundry.

Bilik yg luas dan bersih... Dekat dgn pekan and easy to buy food and there have various food and drinks, nearby have 7eleven, starbucks, tealive, pizza and there also have seafood restaurant 😍 Worth it.. will definitely stay again😊

Check-in at room 442 at late night.
Room are super smelly, I'm not able to fall sleep at all.
It wont help even w use sanitizer to spray.

Need to improve from A to Z, specially about the service room and the security. Staff need to alert about the CI & CO everyroom. Sorry to say but not recommended to those need 100% comfort.

Location is not in the busy place and have to walk 15 minutes to the nearest popular restaurant and venues. But close by you can find kfc, Pizza Hut and convenience stores.
