The walls were a bit thin, but that's normal for Japan hotels. Lovely hospitality. They gave a free dashi pack as a door gift.

Friendly staff all around, especially at reception and housekeeping! Excellent location for easy access to both Sendai and Aobadori Stations. They just need to step up their cleaning!

It was peak season, so it was quite crowded. However, the location is fantastic – super close to Sendai Station, just a 10-minute walk at most, and Tohoku University is only a 20-minute walk away. Breakfast was decent, and the room itself was clean, tidy, and quiet!

The hotel is incredibly close to the train station, making it super convenient for getting around. The front desk service was generally satisfactory. Excellent location, just a short walk from Sendai Station, making transport incredibly convenient. The breakfast was generous and delicious. Check-in was quick and hassle-free. Staff would not let us check in 5 mins early The bathroom had mold looking , the sink was dirty, the bathroom fixtures had grime and the edges of tub were gross and honestly the only good thing I could say is it was close to train station.
