It's so underdeveloped that I wonder if there's a motel like this in the center of Seoul.

The room was disgusting. It smelled of smoke even though it was labeled as a nonsmoking room. I couldn't even sleep in the bed because it felt filthy. I found other accommodations because the room was so unsuitable.
