This hotel is only suitable for tour groups! It is really not suitable for individual travel! 1. The service is not comprehensive! No bottled water in the room! 2. It is far from the city, and the taxi costs 10 euros. 3. The breakfast is good, but the quality is average! 4. When checking out, they said we used the drinks in the refrigerator!

The overall feeling is pretty good. I don’t know why the room is reserved for one person by default, and only one person has towels and toothbrushes. No slippers. Water was only given on the first day.
The service attitude of the staff is very good.

The location is not in the city center, but taking a taxi to the city center is not expensive. The hotel is new except for the old room door. I don't understand why it is necessary to put two small beds together in a room with a big bed, it is very uncomfortable for couples to live in.

Great hotel choice for Sevilla. A huge and modern hotel that's a bit on the fringe of the city but still only a flat 30 mins walk. The immediate area is somewhat grim but its safe and quiet. Staff were super friendly and professional and the room was clean ,spacious and very comfortable. The pool is lovely and as the hotel was quiet ,we had it virtually to ourselves. I would imagine its pretty rammed during busier times as the hotel is so big.

Smart, clean and modern 5 star hotel. Its on the fringes of the city however still a pretty easy level walk into the centre. Staff were very friendly and professional and luckily the hotel was nice and quiet during our stay which meant we had the pool to ourselves.

Excellent breakfast, the parking option was not clear I understood (during the booking) it was included, but the parking was inside and paying ( very expensive).
