Good clean hotel with clean rooms and white sheets. It is not apartment, more like hotel room. 24 hour convenience shop in the building. 24 hour reception. Just 10 minutes walk through the park to Maglev and subway station.

Good hotel, friendly staff, small room but clean and new, walk around 15 mins to metro

About 1.8km by walking to Shanghai New International Expo center. There are several restautant nearby. Recommend.

Bedsheets not changed. No room service. Expensive with no amenities.

Hotel is 1km away from the Longyan road station but away from the main attractions. Room was not so clean and the air condition didn't work so well. The bed was hard, maybe ok for local people.

I was satisfied with everything except for the location. The way was too long and not very safe late in the evening and early in the morning

Good hotel with amazing staff! Conveniently located a short walk from Century Park mrt and longyang mrt. Also nice for runners to have century park less than a kilometer away - went running there suring our stay and loved it. The highlight of our stay, however, was the staff! We wanted to buy an extra suitcase on YD, but found that this was practically impossible without a Chinese number when ordering to China. Thankfully, 毛主君 who was working at the reception, spent a good 15 minutes brainstorming with us and ended up figuring out a way to order it. Really really thankful for the fact that he managed to help us out and with such a great attitude!

(Written in June 2024) Good location, pretty close to Longyang station (subways and maglev train to Pudong airport). The staff is flexible and always tries to help, but they only speak Chinese. No English unless they use a translation app. The air-condintioning at the entrance is always freezing cold 🥶

Limited facilities and quite small room. Quite noisy.

The room has a window, and the corridor is next to the window. The sound insulation is very poor. There were debris and garbage next to the hygienic bed in the room, as if it hadn't been cleaned, and the pillows were really stained. . . I don’t know if the bathroom floor mat has been washed or not, but there are still footprints. I don’t know if the paper in the bathroom is wet with water or something that was left to dry. I don’t dare to use it. The location of this hair dryer is really inconvenient for drying hair. The faucet outside can’t release hot water. I think the best value for this hotel at this price is its location. If I don't consider this, I will definitely not come back next time. But the front desk service is still in place.

The soundproofing of the room is average, but it is not bad after moving to the inner room. It is quieter. There is a washing machine, which is very convenient. The room is also very clean. The bed is a bit hard, but it is not a big problem. The surrounding subway station is a little far, about 15 minutes walk.
