New and clean hotel. Friendly helpful staff. Convenient location with food and malls within walking distance. 5 mins walk to metro station. Only downside is that you need to carry your luggage up the stairs before reaching the reception desk. Also the hotel room doors are a bit light weight, and I can hear people talking along the corridor. Overall very happy with my stay and worth its value

From my client: The hotel boasts one of the most advantageous locations in the central part of Shanghai, more precisely in the business district. The hotel itself is small and cozy. There are several metro stations nearby, as well as a large number of restaurants and shopping centers. The rooms are always clean, the beds are comfortable, and the interior is beautiful. The hairdryer deserves special admiration. I would be grateful if you could inform me of the manufacturer's brand so that I can buy the same one. The breakfast restaurant is excellent. The food is all fresh, mostly Chinese cuisine. Attention foreign tourists: no one at the hotel speaks English or any other language besides Chinese. The staff may smile at you but be completely shocked that you are a foreigner and have no idea what you want from them. Having internet access on your phone for using online translation is a must. It is advisable to have a *** if you want to use your phone apps. Even the smart home system, which is present in every room, operates entirely in Chinese, and assistance is needed to customize the space to your liking.

Very new and clean room. Free laundry and dryer. But staff is not able to communicate in english and need to climb some staircase/ steps at the lobby (thus have to carry your luggage/stroller)

If you're traveling with large luggage, accessing the first-floor lobby could be inconvenient due to the staircase-only entrance. During our stay, we encountered a cockroach in the room, which we promptly disposed of, but unfortunately, its remains stained the floor. Despite requesting daily cleaning, the stain persisted. Additionally, on two out of the four nights of our stay, the downstairs karaoke extended past midnight, causing considerable noise disruption.

Interior are newly renovated and very comfy. It is a smart home. Breakfast are great. Excellent for value. Location is near to train line 9.

The room itself was scraped facilities in inside. The room was great. There was Aircon as well which is very good. There is heater as well which is also great. However, the location is not that ideal because Taxi cannot stop right in front of hotel for too long which makes it very rush for us all the time since we have stroller and a baby. Theres no ramp to push our luggage and stroller up either at the front door which makes it difficult for us to get in and out of the hotel. There wasn’t hotel staff to help either. They are under staff which makes check in extremely slow. However, the robot was very quick to serve us extra water and other necessities though. I won’t stay here in the future purely because of the taxi and stairs situation. When you’re inside the hotel, it’s actually fine but not when you’re entering the hotel …. Thanks.

Very good hotel. Cooperative front desk. Helpful domestics staff. Sometimes you have to ask for what your want. They're happy to oblige. Great value for money. In the heart of shanghai.
