The hotel is very clean and has a complimentary bar counter. The lobby is spacious with great natural lighting. The room is not very large, but it’s comfortable enough to open a suitcase and move around, which is definitely worth the price. Service was excellent – when I needed more water at night, the front desk sent it up immediately.

The hotel's facilities are brand new, it seems to have just opened. Having stayed at many hotels in Shanghai, my experience with Home Inn Selected this time was really good. The stay was very comfortable. What truly impressed me was how the front desk thoughtfully had my takeaway delivered to the room by a robot – that alone made my day! I'll definitely be back, and you can even watch planes flying overhead.

The place is spotless, and they offer complimentary coffee in the lobby. Laundry facilities are a plus. Ordering takeout is incredibly convenient, with robot delivery right to your room.

The room was decent. It had no window, but this was actually a plus, as it effectively blocked out the airplane noise from outside. It was quite a unique experience to frequently see planes flying low overhead right outside the hotel entrance.

My flight landed in the early hours of the 29th. The front desk staff was professional and efficiently handled my check-in. I had an 8 AM high-speed train from Hongqiao Station, so I left by taxi at 7:20 AM. Even with some traffic, we arrived in under 20 minutes. If you're catching a high-speed train, the hotel's location is incredibly convenient. Cleanliness: The level of cleanliness was truly exceptional, the most impressive I've encountered at a Home Inn. Service: Warm, attentive, efficient, and polite. Facilities: The bed was large and comfortable, and the room was spacious with a well-designed layout.
