設施：特別老舊，也沒有定期維護，無論是電梯還是房間，洗漱台的鏡子，牀頭櫃的射燈都是壞的而且都是灰塵。
衞生：中規中矩，沒有叫過客房服務和打掃，沒有一次性洗漱用品辦理入住之後自己問前台拿的。馬桶不是很乾凈。12樓打掃大姐蠻熱情，需要多一些的衣架她服務響應很快。
環境：0.5分都不想打！！！！！雙床房進入特別擠，100斤170女孩子要像螃蟹一樣走，房間特別特別小！跟宣傳圖差距很大，行李箱都沒辦法拉過去。而且巨不隔音，別人打噴嚏我們關着房門都聽的一清二楚，大半夜一點左右還一直吵吵鬧鬧，也分不清楚開門關門的聲音到底是隔壁還是我們自己的房間。
服務：給前台辦理入住小男孩的，按照需求安排了高樓層遠離電梯的。給了房卡之後還有送歡迎水果，主動行李送房間，全程沒有功利性地想要好評。攜程管家星鑫也很棒，雖然不是酒店工作人員，但由於我入住一晚體驗十分糟糕發了修改單，哪怕半夜一點鐘他也一直幫我跟進解決。店長很不好，三晚1222塊錢，他和攜程管家説如果我提前離店，除了第一晚房費之外還有扣除300多塊……？！最後一晚相當於八九百，不過攜程管家一直耐心從中協調最後也都解決好了。

早餐非常豐盛，蔬菜水果都很多好，糕點新鮮，還有餛飩、水面、煎荷包蛋等等，各種各樣的花樣澆頭，茶葉蛋等，都不想去吃外面的早茶了

酒店可以免費停車，這點很不錯。而且酒店有免費的礦泉水，和茶包等。很人性化。雖然衹住了很短暫的時間。不過非常開心。希望有機會可以再次入住。

挺不錯的，服務人員都挺客氣，房間麼中規中矩，面積不大，但也夠用，晚餐品種不多，但常規的品種都有，四百多的價格還是挺不錯的。
