The environment is excellent, and the service attitude is also great. The subway station is right outside the door.

The room facilities are complete, the location is excellent, and the service attitude is very good.

The room was very clean, and the surrounding transportation was incredibly convenient with a subway station right outside. The front desk staff were also very welcoming.

The place was very clean and comfortable, offering great value for money. The front desk lady was super friendly ❤️ and it's conveniently located for getting around. Highly recommend!

Conveniently located near the subway, Shanghai Railway Station, and Suzhou Creek, it's perfect for exploring the old streets of Jing'an District. The Natural History Museum is just a 5-minute bike ride away, and it's also close to red tourism routes.

When I first entered and saw the elevator, I was a bit disappointed by the environment, but given the location, it's understandable. The first room had a strong smell, but the front desk quickly moved me to another. Although the new room was small, it had everything I needed, including a fridge and a washing machine. It was super convenient to just hang clothes in the wardrobe with the door open to dry them. Midway through my stay, I asked for laundry detergent and a toothbrush, and the front desk brought them to me immediately – fantastic service! There was no fussiness, quite unlike what you might expect from some people in Shanghai. When I left, I wanted to courier my backpack back home, and they even helped me place it in the parcel locker. Top-notch service! My only minor gripes were that one light in the room couldn't be turned off and the soap dish in the shower was loose and hadn't been repaired. It would be perfect if they could just improve the hardware.

The hotel's location is excellent. Take Exit 10 from the subway station, and it's right across the street, just a few steps away.

The hotel boasts an excellent location and is well-equipped, exceptionally clean. Though the room was small, it was very comfortable, allowing for a truly peaceful and restful sleep. The service was excellent, and overall, I'm very satisfied. Great value for money.

If you're looking for a great location and good value, this is the place to be! It's right across from Metro Line 1 and 12, making it super convenient to get to Lujiazui, Nanjing East Road, The Bund, and Joy City Jing'an – all just one or two stops away. Plus, the price is really good for what you get!

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore the city and get around. Check-in and check-out were quick and smooth. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to other travelers.

The hotel is really close to the subway station; it's right across from Exit 10 of Hanzhong Road, or you can exit through Hema Fresh on the first floor. The room has a fridge and a washing machine, which is super convenient if you buy groceries that need refrigeration. There's also a shared dryer just outside the room. Overall, it's great! It's a fantastic base for short business trips or tourism. I'd definitely choose to stay here again.

The front desk service was excellent, and the room was generally quite clean. The location is great, very close to the subway station.

The product quality was excellent, with good ingredients and fine craftsmanship, offering great value for money. The food/delivery was fast, and the attention to detail was impressive, with no shortcuts taken. The staff were gentle and patient, and they responded promptly to all requests. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied; there were no unpleasant surprises, and it's definitely worth coming back for more. The transportation is convenient, and there's a Freshippo (supermarket) right across the street. There are also many dining options to choose from, and the prices are reasonable.
