選擇麗楓是因為第一是會員，第二是長期入住天津的麗楓感覺還可以，沒想到這次顛覆了我的想像，入住沒有做完衞生，等了一會通知上去的時候大姐剛出來，和我説做好了，我一進去就看地上一團紙，我好心撿起來，發現地上全是渣子，因為有小孩子，我要求吸下地，她就很不樂意了，然後發現房間地毯上全是醬油湯，鏡子都是水銀脱落的，沙發是破的，被罩能清晰的透出被子上的一大塊血，孩子躺在被子裏，我才發現被罩內側和床單了間全是黑色絨毛，我和清潔大姐説那個要換下，她一直做別的不理我，我就説我是做酒店管理的，我可以自己換，她很不高興的給了我一套新的，我自己換上的時候發現床墊上，褥子上至少幾十根頭髮，特別噁心，緊接着就是抽屜裏上一個客人的鼻涕紙，要不是帶孩子折騰麻煩，真的當時就退房了，更讓人生氣的是第二天我想和她説下別換我床上東西，結果直接給我來句今天不歸我，別和我説，要不是素質不允許，我都想罵街，這酒店除了利用了麗楓的名氣，啥也不是，千萬別住

1.在前台的時候叫前台小哥幫我弄個有窗户的房間，他説可以，然後還是沒有窗户的房間
2.衞生馬馬虎虎，比我之前在宜春跟長沙住的麗楓酒店差了點，設施也差了點。
3.這個花灑也差了點。水一點都不夠！
