This is my first time staying in this homestay. I booked two nights after seeing that the room was spacious and bright on Ctrip. I felt pretty good when I first entered the room, but the hardware experience was really bad. There were no slippers in the room, and the kettle was very dirty. The slippers were also very rubbish, very thin and transparent, and my feet were cold when I put them on. I didn't check out because I was with my child, so I was afraid of the hassle. It's useless to add the housekeeper's WeChat. If there is anything, it will take a long time to reply to you. If there is any problem in the homestay I stayed in before, I will reply to you in about ten minutes at most. It's very inconvenient. Then when I sleep at night, one side of the room is full of air-conditioning outdoor units. They make noises when they work for a while, and I can't sleep well. The curtains are not blackout curtains. They are bright early in the morning. The hot water is also very Buddhist, not quick-heating. Sometimes there is no hot water, just a little bit of warm hot water. I didn't find the boss, so I stayed for two nights! Because I don't want to bother too much when I go out to play. Then on the third day, the child wanted to stay for another night, so I stayed here. On the third day, I lost the room card because of my own reasons. The female boss helped me open the door with a spare phone. After opening the door, I found that my card was indeed lost. Then she said it would cost 100 yuan each, and her attitude changed immediately. I thought losing the room card was not a serious matter, and I could accept compensation if I lost it, but your price was really unreasonable, and StarWorld Hotel doesn’t charge 100 yuan each. I asked if the compensation could be cheaper, and she said no, it would cost so much for them to replace the card, and then the room could not be occupied by others tomorrow, and my good impression of her was gone instantly. The child also asked if they would take away the spare card we gave us!! Then after negotiation with Ctrip, the male protagonist agreed to give up the compensation of 50 yuan, and I accepted it. We didn’t ask them to send us back because their pick-up from Disney was only at the Kangxin Highway subway station, which was not a real pick-up, and I took a taxi back by myself. This is the first and last time I stay in this homestay. I am really disappointed... but the male protagonist’s service attitude is okay

A nice homestay, the room is very clean. The disposable bath towels are comfortable to use. The room has a terrace and the sun is very bright when you wake up in the morning. The food cooked by the boss is super delicious and much more cost-effective than ordering takeout. The boss picked me up every day. I will stay here again if I come to Disneyland next time.

The boss's service is even more heartwarming. The newly bought small business car is used for exclusive shuttle service to Disneyland. It can be delivered at 7 o'clock in the morning and picked up at 10 o'clock in the evening, so you can have more fun in the park. The most amazing thing is that the boss is actually a chef who can cook. The local dishes are authentic. You can also have a home-style dinner when you come back late, which is heartwarming! Yes, it is the taste of home, not luxurious but comfortable, clean and warm, recommended to stay!
